Ingredients:
For the crust:
14 Oreos ( separate the cream and the biscuit)
3 1/2 tablespoons butter , meltedFor the filling:
4g Gelatin
20ml warm water
200g cream cheese , softened to room temperature
25g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g whipping cream
15 Oreos , choppedInstructions:
To make the crust:
Add the Oreos to a food processor and process until you have fine crumbs. Scoop the crumbs into a mixing bowl, and the melted butter, and mix until are of the crumbs are moistened.
Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper, scoop the mixture into the pan, and firmly press it down into one even layer. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill while you make the cheesecake filling.To make the filling
In a bowl add the cream cheese and whisk it.
Add sugar and the cream you separated from the biscuit to the cream cheese and whisk them together using and electric whisker.
In another bowl add gelatin and warm water and stir
Add it to the cheese mixture until smooth and soft.
Add whipping cream in another bowl and whisk it using an electric whisker.
Add this to the cream mixture and gently fold it with a spatula
Take out the mould from the fridge.
Pour the filling on top of it and gently flatten it out
Optional: chop Oreo and add it on the top as desired.
Place this in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 hours .And voila! Your delicious no - bake Oreo cheesecake is now ready!
