Mango pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp(If you are using fresh mango, peel and dice the mango. Blend diced mango in a blender or food processor until smooth puree.)
3 tablespoons of hot water
1 tablespoon gelatin
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk/ cream

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gelatin and boiled hot water until no lumps remain.
Whisk in the sugar until dissolved.
Stir in the cream/milk , then mango puree until mixture is smooth.
Pour into 4 small bowls.
Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.

And voilà! Your delicious mango pudding is now ready!
