"You've been back for about a week. You're going to a party." Michael says through the phone.
"Michael, I don't want to go to a party." I whine, walking around my room and picking up my clothes.
"Mandy. Please! I'm begging!" He pleads through the phone.
"I'm sorry Michael, but I'm not the party type anyways." I tell him.
"I'm on my knees. You can't see me, but I'm really on my knees." Michael says, making me laugh.
"Fine then." I give in.
"Good, cause I really wasn't on my knees." I hear him say.
"You lied to me Michael, now I'm not going." I tell him.
"Nope! You've already said you're going, so you're going. I will fucking drag you out of your house." I hear him say.
"Actually, it's not my house." I tell him.
"You're living there aren't you?" He asked.
"Shut up Michael." I say.
"I'll be there at 7! Be ready!" He says, then he hangs up.
----------------------------------------------
"Michael, I don't remember half of these people." I tell Michael. He decided to park away from the house, just in case any drink people decided to be stupid and drive. He wanted his car to be safe.
"You'll remember them." He says. I loud car horns get our attention.
"GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY MIKE!" A girl shouts from a grey mustang.
"LAUREN!" Michael yells. The girl parks her car and gets out.
"Hey fucker!" She says, giving him a hug.
"Amanda, this is Lauren. Remember her?" Michael asked me. I look at her. She has brown long hair with blue highlights, wearing a nirvana shirt.
"No, I'm sorry." I tell her.
"2nd grade. I accidentally kick a soccer ball in your face." She tells me. Just like in 2nd grade, the memory of her hits me.
"AHHH!! Now I remember you. Lauren. Lauren Collins!" I tell her giving her a hug.
"Amanda Lane! Where the hell have you been?" She asked me, pulling away from me.
"California." I tell her. Before she can speak, we hear a banging noise. We look over at her car and see a girl with red hair, sitting in the front seat, hitting the window.
"Shit!" Lauren mumbles, walking over to the door.
"Lauren, did you forget to let your sister out?" Michael asked, beating Lauren to the door. Lauren unlocks the car and Michael opens the door.
"Hey Lauren, you kind of forgot something." The girl says, getting out of the car.
"I'm sorry Kaitlyn." Lauren says.
"I don't know if I can forgive you on that." Kaitlyn says, punching Lauren in the arm.
"Whatever." Lauren says, smiling. "Anyways, Amanda, I don't know if you remember her or not, but this is Kaitlyn, Kaitlyn Love."
"Oh, I remember you." I say. Kaitlyn and I had the same classes together since kindergarten.
"Amanda? Amanda? AMANDA LANE! I remember you now!" Kaitlyn says.
"See, I told you you'll remember people." Michael says.
"Shut up Michael." I say, pushing him with my shoulder.
