*Michael's P.O.V*
2 months later
"Michael, everything is looking good." Dr. King.
"That's what I was hoping for." I say, looking over at Amanda, a smile on her face.
"It seems like someone had a great nurse at home." He says, smiling the two of us.
"Yeah, Luke was a pretty good nurse." I say, causing Amanda to laugh and hit my arm. "Kidding."
"Gosh, you two remind me of my wife and I." Dr. King says. "Anyways, I'll fill out your prescriptions and you should be on your way!" Dr. King says.
"Dr. King, can I need get any pain medicine. I mean, I don't need it, so there is no use for it." I say.
"When did you decide that?" Amanda whispered.
"When the pain stopped." I whispered back.
"Sure, but if you do start having pain and think you may need them, you let me know." He says.
"Alright." I say. I standing and follow Dr. King out, with Amanda right behind me.
"Michael, I'm so proud of you." Amanda says, wrapping her arms around me.
"I'm proud of me too." I say, smiling. We grab the prescriptions and head towards home.
"So what would you like for supper?" Amanda asks, once we get through the door.
"Actually, Luke texted me and asked if we wanted to go out with all of them for dinner." I say.
"Oh thank god! I didn't have anything to cook." She says, sighing in relief.
"You're so me." I say, laughing and pulling her close to me.
"That's what makes us amazing!" She says, kissing me. The kiss ended too soon for my liking.
"I could kiss you for forever." I say, holding her tightly.
"We would have to breathe sometime though." She says, causing me to laugh.
"I love you."
"I love you."

"Okay, why did Luke pick a fancy restaurant that is in the middle of no where?" She asks, looking out the passenger side window.
"I don't know. All I know is that it is on this lake that kind of is like a beach." I say.
"That's really cool." She says. We start getting closer and I start getting a little nervous.
"We're here." I say, pulling into a parking spot. "Where's their cars?" I ask, looking around.
"I don't know. Call them and see where they are." She asks, looking out at the water. I get my phone out and call Luke.
"Where are you guys?" I ask.
"It's all in place." He says.
"Fine, we're already here, so text when you get here. We're going to go take a walk." I say.
"Good luck man!" Luke says, hanging up.
"They aren't here yet?" She asks.
"Nope, but they're on their way. Let's go take a walk. I think there is a little pier a little ways down." I say, opening the door and getting out.
"Fine with me." She says, getting out of the car as well. I take her hand and we start walking towards the pier.
"You know, I'm glad we're the wold's cutest couple." I say.
"What makes you think we're the world's cutest couple?" She asks, smiling.
"Well, we didn't get those mugs from the hospital for nothing, now did we?" I say, causing her to laugh.
"Yeah, cause things from a hospital make it official." She says, still laughing.
"That is true." I say. "Also, I know my love for you is bigger than this world." I say as we step foot on the pier. She looks down and notice rose petals.
"Why are there rose petals on here?" She asks.
"Either someone laid these out from a previous occasion or someone had a dying rose." I say.
"You have been on a roll today." She says, smiling.
"What do you mean?" I ask, smiling as well.
"Well, you've made so many good jokes today and you've been really romantic. It's kind of scary." She smiles.
"What do you mean about having good jokes today? I have good jokes all the time." I say, acting offended.
"Let's face it Michael, you have your good days and your bad days." She laughs.
"True. About the romantic part," here is goes. We get to the end of the pier where there is this dock. It's a pretty good size dock. "Look at the dock." I say. She looks down and covers her mouth.
"Oh my gosh, Michael." She says, turning back around to look at me down on one knee, holding a ring.
"Amanda, I love you. I honestly don't know where I would be without you. I would probably be dead or having even fucked up life, but with you, I've bettered myself. I remember sitting up on that water tower when I was younger and just think of this moment and hoping that one day it would be to you. Here we are. I'm on one knee, kneeling before the most beautiful girl in the world and hoping that she would say yes to my question. Amanda, will you marry me?"
"Yes."

6 months.
It's been 6 months since I have last updated this story. I am sorry for being a sucky person. I really am. It just I was so busy with school, trying to graduate and trying to be an adult. LOL, but I'm back, but sadly for this story, it probably only has an estimate of 2 chapters left. I don't know. I'm still debating on a squeal, but it's more than likely that there won't be one. I'm sorry, but I love you all and hope you all still love me!
