It had been a few months since we had gotten engaged. Alex and I decided that we just wanted to get married in Vegas. We didn't really care about everyone seeing our wedding, we just invited our friends Rian and Zack to come with us. Perks of having our wedding in Vegas was that we would also be having our honeymoon there too. I booked us a honeymoon suite at a nice hotel, and it looked beautiful from what I saw online. Everything looked beautiful, and I wanted everything to be perfect for my Alex. We got matching silver wedding bands, with our birthstones placed in them right next to each other. We wanted our wedding to be simple, so we seriously booked a chapel that was open 24 hours to get married. I wanted to get us a nice honeymoon, and Alex just wanted a small cake for us which I was fine with. We were dressed not too fancy for our wedding. I was planning on wearing a white dress shirt and red tie with black dress pants. I wanted to make him happy in every single way that I could. It was crazy how we were already driving to the chapel, well Zack was driving me and Rain was driving Alex. My palms were sweaty, and I could see the sweat stains already on my shirt. I sighed and fixed it the best I could and eventually we were at the chapel.
"You ready JB?" Zack asked me, as he opened the door for me.
I nodded, threw over my suit jacket and quickly fixed my hair. I took a deep breath, and walked into the chapel, and saw my family there. I was shocked because I just said we were getting married in Vegas. Thank god for Zack, what would I do without him?
"Mommy?" I smiled, as I ran and hugged her and I was so happy she and my dad would see me getting married to Alex.
My mom might be a little disappointed that I chose to get married at a 24-hour chapel, but I could tell she was happy for me. I walked up to the step where I was supposed to be standing, and then I heard the wedding music start to play. Alex and I being dedicated Blink 182 fans, decided to have them play the instrumental version of always. I smiled as he walked down the aisle to me. I could tell he was nervous, his hands were practically shaking as he held the bouquet of red roses. He looked so handsome, his hair was the same as always, and he wore a light blue shirt and black pants with a suit coat over him. I took his hand as he stepped up next to me, and I put down his bouquet on the table. He calmed down once he came to my touch, and a smile was painted across his face. He was my beautiful, soon-to-be husband. Once we got over the classic wedding ceremony things, it was time for our vows and he wanted to go first.
"Jack since the day I met you, I fell deeply in love with you. I was automatically lost in your dark brown eyes, and that foolish smile of yours had me instantly. You are my best friend, the love of my life, my soulmate, my soon-to-be husband, the father of our future children, and my shoulder to cry on. I couldn't ask for someone better than you, and I am grateful for what the past 7 months have brought to us, and the additional time we spent together as teenagers. I don't know what I would do without the prince I met for the second time at the masquerade. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you, my four-leaf clover. I always knew I was going to marry you, and I always knew that the nights I felt most alive were with you. I am so happy to be Alexander William Barakat." Alex told me, as he began to tear up looking at me. I was already crying, and I smiled and slid the wedding band on his finger.
"Well geez Alex now you made me cry already. Well, Alexander William you too are all of the things you listed and so much more. I remember the second I saw you on the bus, I wanted to get to know you more. Yeah, we have had our ups and downs, but we always manage to pull through. I admire your strength and your persistence in our relationship Alexander William. I met my prince at the masquerade, but I also met someone so much more. It was like falling in love all over again, with my soulmate. You are my supernova, and I am so in love with you. I cannot wait for our future, with our dogs and us. I don't want a chapter, I want a whole book with you, Alexander William Barakat." I smiled, crying, putting his ring on his finger.
"I now pronounce you groom and groom," The officiate smiled. And before he could finish his sentence, I took Alex in my arms and made out with him right in front of everyone. Well... he did give me the chance to say "I do" after all.
A/N: Oops this chapter was a little short.
