Sam's POV
The next morning I woke up and instantly my senses were filled with an amazing smell coming from the kitchen. I took my phone out and looked at the agenda for the day. I had to spend 4 hours or so at the studio at some point, but other than that my schedule was empty. I got out of bed, stretching as I walked towards the kitchen. I turned to see the kitchen had bowls and stuff all over the counter. Maeve stood at the counter cooking what looked like pancakes. She was wearing jeans and a loose crop top.
"What ya cookin?" I asked as I peeked over her shoulder,
"Apple pie pancakes, and they are vegan. I figured you'd like some." She smiled
"I'd love some. How long have you been up?" I asked as I grabbed some of the bowls off the counter and placed them in the sink.
"A while, I fell asleep early. Here look out." she backed away from the stove with the frying pan in one hand and a plate in the other, "Watch this." she wiggled her brows. She flipped the pancake in the air and caught it on the plate.
"Impressive! 10/10 for style."' I said as she handed me the plate.
"Thank you, thank you," She bowed, "So I already fed the dogs, but I was wondering what the rest of your schedule is like today?" She asked as she sat down to eat.
"Well, I have to go to work for a couple hours later but other than that my schedule is open. Why do you ask?"
"Well, I have a tattoo appointment in the city today, but I can reschedule if I need to." She said, I saw her face drop a bit.
"Absolutely not, the dogs will be ok for a couple hours by themselves. Go get your tattoo." I said "I do think the guys are coming over tonight, just thought I'd give you a heads up. Sometimes they get a little wild."
"I'm sure I've seen worse, honestly I'm sure I've done worse." She said as she placed our plates in the sink.
"Oh yeah?" I laughed, "Crazy teenager were we?" I asked as I stood up.
"You could say that." She shrugged with a smile,
"Speaking of crazy, how's your foot doing?" I smirked at her as she playfully glared at me
"It feels fine, nothing I can't handle."
"Alright, well I have to go get ready for work, I'll see you later." I said as I walked to my room. I had showered and was getting dressed when I heard her bike start, the sound of it fading after a moment, telling me she had left. I had never heard it before seeing as she really hadn't gone anywhere yet, but it was as loud as I expected. I finished getting ready and told the dogs bye. Once I got to the studio we started working immediately. We all wanted to get out of there as early as possible seeing as it was 'guys night'. We had decided to pregame before the bar at my house seeing as I always had the drink selection, and no kids. We all got out of our cars and went into the house. I could see Josh and Danny glancing around, like they had never been there before.
"She's not here." I said as I grabbed some beers out of the fridge, passing them out.
"Are you keeping her from us on purpose?" Josh asked crossing his arms,
"No. She had a tattoo appointment in the city today, she will be back later. Remember, no band talk in front of her." I said as I pointed to everyone
"How long are you planning on keeping that a secret?" Danny asked as he sipped his beer,
"I'm not entirely sure, until I feel ready I guess." I shrugged, It was nice to have someone who knew nothing about me, from online searches and interviews.
