I went out of the classroom and this time I rushed to the park before meeting him again even by chance and sat on the bench near the fountain, this garden is so pretty..!!
it was filled with my favourite flower roses.. there was so many type of roses and birds are chirping sweetly... the sun is bright and the breeze is cool. I stood up and stretched my body
hmm....it feels nice, I really love this spot. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the warmth of sunlight and the breeze is slightly cold.

And then I heard someone calling my name, a familiar voice which i hasn't been hears in years , the only person who calls my name like this is.... my eyes started to pool up before I knew , I controlled hard to not let them down.
"sia.."
it felt so nice hearing that again after so many years..!!! I somehow felt nostalgic and become happy but I didn't turned back and started walking away... I don't hear any footsteps..I slowed my pace and it doesn't feel like Someone is following me
I feels upset.. did I heared it wrong? Am I hallucinating now ? As I walked slowly with so many questions... I bumped into someone and looked up to met a pair of rubies .. These red eyes , silky black hair and a familiar smirk.. It has been so Many years since I last seen them.
"you are finally looking at me now huh ?, you were ignoring me for a whole Day and now you are finally seeing me straight?"
he said . I turned my face away and started walking past him but he suddenly yanked me towards him by my waist and I dashed on his chest.
"LUCAS!!! You lunatic.. "
I shouted at him in frustration. Why the hell is he suddenly pulling me like this.? when I am Already irritated.
" woah you are talking to me in person for first time in ten years and look at what are you saying ..?"
he asked still Smirking . Man.. I really want to punch his handsome face. how can someone doesn't change even a little bit in ten years.

Hmm.... but looking at him closely he really become more handsome. he was a pretty boy back then, but now he is more handsome and tall . No Matter how many times I see him, his red eyes are always alluring. How can someone's face be this perfect?!! Is he real..?!! Where is my cute chibi lucas who have puffy cheeks..?!
All I can see now is a smoky hot guy .. It's unfair to girl's hearts to have a face like this, I caressed his face without knowing myself and he is looking at me wide eyed now. Shoot..! what are you doing athy..? you fool!!
OK... Let's calm Down... Let's think of a way to come out of this embarassing situation, suddenly an idea popped up and I slapped him on his cheek. He gasped and let me go in shock and I started walking away. I feel a little sorry for slapping him but he deserve it... This jerk.. Leaving me alone all this years and now act like nothing happened.
I started walking fast but he teleported right in front of me and stared at me. I don't have to glare at him back Since my normal Face now looks Like dad's or that's what mom always say now a days . He looked confused, surprised and for some reason sad..? He looked at me like that and sighed.
"now are you satisfied? Or do you still Want to slap me in this cheek too?"
he asked with a blank face pointing his other cheek . I sighed giving up. For some reason I can't be mad at him for long time. It was like this even when we were kids, this magician jerk.. I don't know what magic he put on me that I am like this towards him.
" I really want to beat the shit out of you but now I Lost the spirit to do, so I will save them for future , now answer me, what are you doing here, wait... you are in uniform..?!! are you going to study here?!! What about black tower..?!! did you finished learning magic from your master? "I showered him with questions .

he used to come to the palace with his master when he was five and that's how I met him and he once saved me from my mana burst and dad requested the magician of black tower to leave him with me so that he can watch over me. then he was stuck with me and we become best friends.
When we were eight, his master called him back because my mana got stabled, but we daily wrote magic letters to each other but he can't leave the tower for almost ten years its not easy at all to convince his master, so I must know what is he doing here. I grabbed his hands
"OK fine just tell me"
I shook his arms and he sighed
" I almost finished my studies but master have got some important works so he stopped lessons for a year. He went to the magician association tower. I thought of spending this break time with you so I went to see you in the palace. He stopped and looked at me like drilling a hole at me like looking deep inside me.
"I heard everything from your mom and I wanted to blow up the alphues household.. even your dad said OK but your mom scolded me so I stopped."
He said and smiled awkwardly. Mom always pamper lucas, he is her favourite boy so I chuckled at thinking about how cute he would have looked when mom scolded him and dad for planning that. I feel happy that lucas is truly caring about me like my parents.
" Your mom was so worried about you she then started crying I convinced her and told her I will go study with you and give you company. At the same time your dad got the message that white dog is also here so they told me take care of you. But I am not here for that I know you can take care of yourself, I am just hear to spend some time With you."

He smiled at me a warm and gentle smile that he only show to me. I don't know why but It always makes me feel special. I smiled back after a long time a genuine happy smile because lucas would always found out if I fake smile ever since childhood
I don't know how, so it's waste of time fake smiling to him like I do with others, so I should smile to him only when I am truly happy.
"hmm This is what I wanted to see"
he smiled as he caressed my face. His hand is so warm despite his cold look and behaviour. lucas is always warm to me. When I felt the warmness in my cheeks I suddenly wanted to hug him and feel the warmth all over my body. I went near him and hugged him tightly. He didn't said anything and hugged me back and patted my back. This feels nice... So warm...!!
"welcome back.. Lucas"
I said hugging him and he smiled and hummed a yes still patting my back. Hmm...this day won't feel that bad anymore. I feels relieved now that he is here.
P. S Yayy!! Finally got a break from study, travelling to granny's home to attend a wedding ☺️ now I can write as much as I want. since I am an selectively introvert 🤭I have all the time.
