To See Your Smile (lucathy Fanfiction)

Day 2

When they came down athy and helena congratulated them. Then... so many students came and congratulated them and they finally went to eat dinner. While they were having dinner. The boys on kiel's team were sitting on the table  behind lucas and cabel 's. So they accidentally heared their conversation.

"don't worry we can find  other ways. " one of lucas' s classmate told and they were talking about something seriously. Lucas looked back and see one of the boys who is a fresher Sat there with his head down he noticed he was crying and turned back. When they finished dinner lucas and cabel sent the girls safely to thier dorm and went back to their dorm with other boys while on their way lucas asked the boys about that crying  fresher boy.

"ahh.. Him.. He was a commoner boy but he is very studious that's how he got admitted in the academy but his family is very poor so he can't pay the fees properly, he already work part time in the library,he thought of using the prize money for his next year expenses so that he can leave his job and focus on studying but now that they lost he must be sad poor guy " oliver said.

" but aren't they the one who fought with you guys and went separate they should have sticked with you "

" actually the one that fought with us was kiel sunbaenim. He kicked us  out  saying he want to reduce number. "Elon said.

" oh.. I see then that guys.."

"we don't hate them they are our friends too they just can't talk bcak to kiel sunbae since he is from wealthy family that all are commoner and middle class nobles. So they  had no choice but to follow him". Jack said.

Lucas and cabel heared their conversation silently as they were walking towards the dorm they saw the boys standing outside getting shouted at by kiel.

"this crazy bastard.. Why the hell is he scolding them?" cabel  said  pissed  off.

The went near them. Kiel was shouting at them and the junior guy said something back he got evne more mad  and when he was about to slap that fresher boy lucas stopped his hand. Mile looked up and saw lucas glaring at  him in fury.

"lucas.. Don't try to be a hero and just piss off" kiel shouted at  him.

"what happening here?" cabel asked the boys. They explained they asked kiel for compensation since he ruined the performance but he was just shouting back at them without taking responsibility.

Lucas slightly pushed kiel and fell on the floor. He got up and rushed to his room in embrassement. lucas  turned  towards the boys and told them to go back. The boys bowed to him as thanks and moved to their room but that boy stand there  still looking down.

"lucas sunbae.. Isn't that unfair I really worked har practising for the contest but he ruined everything but now scolding  me" the boys said crying.

"what's your name?" lucas asked.

" Eugene" he said still crying.

"next time choose your side wisely or else your efforts will become  waste  like this.. " lucas said and  went back to his room with his friends .

Eugene  stood there looking at lucas going on the corridor. 'he nodded his slowly agreeing what he said' I should have supported them when kiel kicked them out I cowardly hide behind others and thought it's a relief I wasn't kicked out that must be why I got punished like this 'he thought and went back to his room'.

The sun light up the sky and birds started their day chirping happily flying from their nest in search for food. The breeze was cool and the sunrays hit the ground making the water in the fountain looks like crystals are pouring down . The butterflies flew around the flowers waiting for them to full bloom . the girls dormitory was bustling, the girls was so noisy as they they were running here and there taking stuffs from their room to the ground. Athy and helly was  fully occupied. They were helping the girls with their  shops.
Ucaa cnd cabel was on the other side of the ground helping the boys. Athy and helena was sighting the stalls in excitement, the jewellery stalls have so many handcrafted jewels all of them were beautiful, athy and helly bought a cute ribbons from the ribiin stall it had a heart pattern embroidered on it. They explored the stalls happily and tasted some samples and chatted with some girls. Athy saw the girls standing in crowd near one of the shop and she hurried there. When the girls saw her they  instantly paved way for her. She saw jennete and her sidekicks were glaring at a fresher girl who was shivering in fear looking down. She noticed  jennete was as usual faking to be nice to her and clicked her tongue.
