A small brunette ended up crashing into me but I caught both of us with me arm so neither of us fell "I'm so sorry" she laughed "don't ever worry about it" I said making her do a double take at me "Riley! Let's go! Before Freddie has our ass on a platter!" A tall blonde said "Alright Aspen! Christ" Riley said leaving me a little shocked She looked at me again offering me a smile before running off with the girls again
Could that have been the Riley from the letters? Could I have just unofficially met her?
"Yo man, you look like you've seen a ghost" Eldon said pushing me a little, I rolled my eyes looking out in the direction Riley had just left We got to the bleachers and I began looking around before I found Riley again she was front row of her schools bleachers, sat with the same girls as before and talking to two of the boys on the team. The only two boys she's mentioned in her letter I'm assuming
I couldn't help but take my phone out of my pocket, surely... There can't be that many Rileys here right? Like it's not the most common name in the world As I searched her name on Instagram. I came to one profile in particular and the moment I clicked on it. I knew it was the Riley I was looking for

If not for the Nana Highlight but also the tags in her pictures matching up with the names she had written before It just merely confirmed the point that I had bumped in My Riley
"I don't know man, I think he's broken" Eldon said making me look up from my phone to see both Eldon and West looking at me "What are you twits on about" I asked locking my phone "You, you've been weird ever since you bumped into that girl" Eldon said "Nice save though" West said nudging me making me laugh
"It was Riley" I said making the all look at me confused "Riley?" West asked "The letters!" Eldon said coming to that realisation "Oh woah!" West said making me roll my eyes "she's pretty though" Eldon said making me nod
"Something tells me, this is just the beginning" West said wriggling his brows "We are not telling this to anyone" I said pointing to them as they held their hands up in surrender "Hello hello" Michelle said coming to join us with Thalia "You know, I don't know why this feud is such a problem. The people here are so nice!" Thalia said making us look at her slightly confused
"Thalia met a guyyyyy!" Michele teased making Eldon's ear prick up "You what?" He asked making both West and I burst out laughing He's had an unofficial thing with Thalia for god knows how long. But neither of them will admit to it and I mean, who knows.. If he doesn't act soon, maybe he'll miss his window
I glanced back across to see Riley still laughing and smiling with her friends I've never known this much about a stranger and what can I say. I'm more and more intrigued the more this project continues
