I sat listening to the plan, which was relatively straightforward. It was an in and out, confuse the teachers and snag our target. I sipped on the alcohol the smooth liquor burned the back of my throat. My eyes drifted around the room meeting a gas masked child, he wore a middle school uniform. I place the glass down and pull Dabi's mask over my nose and mouth. My eyes glanced over the unknown faces, a lizard man, a wannabe magician, a more built person with sunglasses, a dude that just looked like a jackass, and a person in spandex. I rolled my eyes and pulled my attention back to Shigaraki. "And that's the plan. If your caught you are left behind got it?" Watch a portal open behind Shigaraki and listen to everyone began to stand up. My eyes lock with Dabi who only smirks a little before following everyone else through. I groan, snatching a shot size of vodka bottle and step through the portal.
As soon as I'm through I stash the bottle in a pocket, and look around the small opening in a forest. I'm suddenly grabbed by Dabi, "weren't you fucking listening?" He grumbled, I look up at him. "You're watching my double, then coming back here when he's done his shit." I blink and look ahead of me, I paused. My eyes locked with another Dabi, he just stood their not moving.
"Well shit... two asses." I breath out, trying not to let him here me.
"Walk him to this building." Dabi holds out a small map that had a 'YOU ARE HERE' written on a small opening in the trees.
"So, I'm fucking baby-sitting an annoying copy." I sigh, grabbing the map roughly from his hands.
"Get over it, Drunk." I only roll my eyes.
Without another word I walk over and grab the copy's hand, "let's get going." I pull him forward and he follows but sneaks in a sly remark.
"Can't resist holding my hand, can you?" I groan and pull it away.
"Your just as much as a smart-ass too."
We make it to the building and I sit up on a branch, smiling. I watch the sky line become a bright blue, and as expected the dark haired teacher steps out moments later. I watch as a bright blue flames explode infront of me, I felt the heat quickly engulfed my body. My arm twitches slightly as it subsides. I couldn't quite hear what they said but I watch Aizawa quickly take down the doppelgänger. And just like that, Dabi's fake body disappears. I watch fear fill Aizawa, this strong feeling of anger fills me. I knew I was supposed to retreat and reported the situation but this gnawing at my thoughts filled me. 'Confront Him! Prove yourself! Show you're doing so much better than before.' I was frozen, this was a golden opportunity.
I bit the bullet and jumped, I dropped down my eyes immediately locked on him.
"Aizawa! It's great to see you again!" I call out, I stood 20 feet away from him.
"(Y/N), why are you doing this? Working with them?" He asked cautiously, I could tell he was ready to use his quirk.
"Why do you think Aizawa!? I'm killing that Jack-ass, that murderer! Even if it kills me." I grow out, my anger quickly rising. "And before you think about catching me, I've already marked a few of your students, one fuck up and their dead." I lied through my teeth, I had to convince him that I was really a threat.
"Shit." He mumbled as I watched him debate on his options, he couldn't risk that what I said to be true. Even if he did activate his quirk it would only last so long before he'd have to blink giving me even a second to activate my own quirk was risky.
"Aizawa, I'm honestly surprised you recognize me so easily, I thought this was enough to hide." I sigh out and glance at the black smoke filling the sky. "But I should be going, don't get in my way. Or else." I threatened before quickly disappearing into the tree line.
...Aizawa's POV...
I curse under my breath as I realize how serious this just became, as I as thinking of what was the best course of action a voice pulls me back to reality. "Aizawa! It's great to see you again!" I immediately knew who it was, I look over and paused. She looked so different, she was definitely playing the part.
"(Y/N), why are you doing this? Working with them?" I asked my hand snaking up to grab my scarf ready to engage. I watched this flash of anger wash over her, her
"Why do you think Aizawa!? I'm killing that Jack-ass, that murderer! Even if it kills me." Then her body relaxed slightly, "And before you think about catching me, I've already marked a few of your students, one fuck up and their dead." I couldn't tell or risk if this was a bluff, she's capable of murder, I knew that.
"Shit."
"Aizawa, I'm honestly surprised you recognize me so easily, I thought this was enough to hide." She tilted her head up slightly looking at the smoke, "But I should be going, don't get in my way. Or else." I let her go, I had to I couldn't risk her threat being real. Prioritizing my students safety was my top priority.
...(Y/N)'s POV...
I dash through the trees, my eyes darting around. I ran to wear I believed the clearing was, I was pretty sure anyone. I heard voices ahead of me and a green mist start to fill the air. I quickly jump up into the trees, I didn't need anymore attention on myself. I watch students walk around, they wore gas masks trying to get somewhere. I thought about stealing one, mine wasn't ventilated just a normal mask. My original outfit did have one more for others than myself, but it was nice to have. I shake my head and down the shot that sat in my pocket.
