This whole situation was overwhelming. My quirk is acting strangely, this human trafficker, whatever the fuck my scarring is doing. My eyes were locked with this man that made my heart sink, and my hands shake. He approached us with this haunting smile. Dabi's hand tightened around my own, I felt the air heat up around us. The man brushed his hair from his face, his aura towering over me. My throat tightened as this urge to cough overtook my mind. I could not draw breath. I was frozen. "Were you two leaving?" His voice was dangerous, it held this threatening undertone to the simple inquiry.
"We were, is that a problem?" Dabi jabs back pulling me closer to him, his arm now wrapped around my shoulders. I stare up at the golden-eyed male and shrunk into Dabi. This man has some type of teleportation quirk, which means my quirk is useless... but then again I don't know if I can even control my quirk right now.
"Of course not, as long as the league stays out of my way from now on." His voice lowers and his posture slouches some so he was more hovering over me; however, his face remained smiling and his eyes aglow with malice.
"We won't. Just don't kidnap my sister again and we have a deal." I spoke with all the strength left in my body to feign confidence. His smile turned to a smirk and he stood straight once more.
He turns and says over his shoulder, "Then I guess, I'll be seeing you two around."

I release the breath I was holding and watched gas pass through them, quickly I waved it away and turned to leave. Never looking Dabi in the eye. I hoped he had missed the quirk malfunction. We leave the building in haste, neither of us saying a word. However, once we were a good ways away from the mansion, his hand grabs my shoulder and pushes me against the brick wall. "why are you so nervous? You're hiding something." His voice was low, his eyes seem to glow in the low lighting.
"I'm not hiding anything," I say back staring him right in the eyes. He glares and grabs my jaw roughly, I don't break eye contact.
"You are a shit lair." His grip gets stronger, my head gets pushed back against the cold, rough brick.
"You can't prove that." I keep my eyes still locked with his. He then smiles wide, his eyes holding this cockiness.
"Oh, I know. You were scared of that guy." I instantly furrowed my brows.
"Yeah right." I brush off, pulling my head from his grip. He let out a laugh and draped his arm over me.
"You were scared shitless, huh? What, that quirk of yours useless against teleporters?" His voice held so much attitude and smugness that it made me want to punch him.
"You're a dick." I roll my eyes shrugging his arm off.
"You know it." He whispered in my ear and slinked his arm around my waist.
My face instantly flushed and I shoved him to the side. I was so flustered and images of that night flashed in my mind. He starts to laugh as he balances himself out.
"Don't be embarrassed, you walked into that one."
I flipped him off and walked faster down the alley. My worries long forgot over my flusteredness and annoyance.

Arriving at home, I let out a long sigh. I called out for my sister and removed my shoes. She came running around the corner with a large smile, a paper held tightly to her chest. Her smile was wide and full of joy. Dabi walks in behind me and slips his shoes off, his eyes meeting mine for a moment. But, alas, it ends quickly when Yuki grabs my attention once more.

...Dabi's POV...

As we walked back my mind was caught up in worry. I could tell she was hiding something from me, and I didn't like it. I tried to confront it but she said nothing, but I couldn't push it... so I made it a joke. When arriving back and our eyes met I fought back the urge to ask again. Luckily her sister took her attention from me. Honestly, I didn't mind her sister being here. She brought this happiness to (Y/N), and it reminded me of my own siblings in some ways. I pass by the two and go into the bathroom. My eyes stare at the ground where I found her in agony the other night. Letting out another sigh, I strip and step into the shower. I needed to try and relax, and get some stress out. The steaming water runs down my back as I lean against the wall. I wondered if her pain hurt as bad as my own numb pain. My scarring hurt but was so constant that I ignored  for the most part.  I feel the water run over my undamaged skin, the water bring warmth and pain. The sound hummed nicely in my ears, drowning out the outside world. The water always brought a comforting feeling in my chest, pulling me away from the chaos of life.

before I knew it I was out of the shower, my black hair flattened against my scalp. I lean forward staring at the roots noticing white starting to make an unwanted appearance, rolling my eyes, I shove my hand threw my hair brushing it out of my face. I clean around all my staples making sure they are all disinfected. After I gently wrap a towel around my waist and open the bathroom door. The bedroom was quiet besides a soft snore that from the person sleeping in the bed. I walked over and looked down ay her, her face was calm and tranquil. I let out a deep sigh letting some tention out of my body. I step away from her and throw on some boxers before climbing into bed with her. My thoughts remaining on the secrets she was hiding away.
