Abraham had just finished sweeping his room, propping the broom back up before going over to scratch it off of his to do list. The last thing he needed to do was to clean the insides of the numerous tubes scattered around the ship. He glanced over at Ericka's list which was pinned next to his, but she hadn't marked anything off. Come to think of her, he had not seen her since she came for the necklace, which was over a week ago. He knew whatever was going on with her was extremely suspicious. He grabbed a duster and chugged over to the door, heading into the dim hallway. He scooted down the dizzying amount of passages and corridors, eventually passing by a pair of Stanleys heading for the engine room.
"Some captain...haven't even seen her in over a week."
"It's just like she abandoned ship or something."
"Wait, you haven't seen Ericka either?" Abraham asked, pausing.
"No. She just disappeared without a trace."
"Hm...have you seen Dracula, then?"
"Not really, I saw him once and that's about it, he was walking away from the pool where the rest of his acquaintances were."
"Odd..." He trailed off as he rolled away. He found a tube and extended his head and arms up into it, starting to dust the interior. Something weird is going on...and I don't like it...
He continued to dust the many tubes, eventually popping up in the one right beside the pool. He cleaned the rim and glanced up to see Ericka sitting by the pool, sucking on a popsicle. Wh- THERE SHE IS. He screeched in his mind, almost dropping the duster. Drac strolled up to her and sat down, another popsicle in his hand. They kissed before he started to lick his popsicle. Ugh...
Abraham watched them as they finished their popsicles, sometimes seeing their mouths move but not knowing what they were saying. What in the blazes is she wearing? He took notice of her 'new' outfit, confused on where she got it from. They got up to throw away the popsicle sticks; he kept looking to see if he could spot anything out of the ordinary, but he saw nothing. She looked slightly more pale, but he didn't find any bites on her neck. She and Drac tossed the sticks in the trash and looped back around to start walking along the deck, chatting about something. Abraham immediately retracted back into the tube and scurried over to another one, shooting his head out of it and looking around. He glanced to the left and saw that they had already passed the tube. He quickly bounced over to the one at the end of the deck and slightly peeked out of it, seeing that they hadn't passed it yet. So he sat in wait and eventually they strolled past. He got a small snippet of their conversation before they walked out of earshot.
"Honestly I don't know why you were so worried about me, I feel almost absolutely fine."
"You were not fine just a few days ago."
"Okay well- I'm almost past the first trimester so that's why I'm fine now."
"You may be fine today but you might feel awful tomorrow."
"Don't jinx it, Drac!"
...First trimester? Wh-
He stuck his head out slightly to see the direction they were headed and knew there was another tube down the same way.
He rolled over to the next tube and poked his eyes out, seeing that they had stopped walking. They had turned to face one another and were passionately kissing. Ugh...absolutely repulsive. He resisted the urge to gag. He drew his attention away from their faces and tried to focus on Drac's hands. They resided on Ericka's hips for the most part. Abraham looked back up at their faces and saw that Drac had trailed his mouth down to her neck and was slightly nipping at it, but wasn't breaking her skin. He moved down to her collarbone, his playful nipping turning back into kissing, going down to her chest, and then her stomach. He pulled back and actually started to talk.
