Married by mistake or by destiny?

Chapter 7

Fais: Tere paas teri uniform hai abhi bag mein? { Do you have your uniform in your bag?} 

Avu: Ha, woh zyada late ho jaye toh us hisaab se rakhi thi. { Yes, I had kept it in case it gets late.}

Fais: Toh idhar hi rukh jana, hum saath mein jayege. Raaste mein kahi rokh lunga change karne ko, mai bhi ghar se change karke nahi ja sakta hu waise bhi. { Then stay here itself, we will leave together. I'll stop somewhere on the way to change, even I can't change at home anyways.}

Avu: Hmm. Aap bahut udaas ho na, yeh sab chodna padega. { Hmm. You are very sad right, you have to leave all this.}

Fais: Nahi, aisa kuch nahi hai. { No, there is nothing like that.}

Avu: Aise hi thodi aapko apne papa jaisa manti hu, ache se janti hu mai aapko, bachpan se usse pyaar karte aaye ho. { I don't consider you as my father just like that, I know you well, you've loved it since your childhood.}

Fais: Sach kahu toh mai shayad chod bhi nahi pata, par ab jab humara bacha aane wala hai, toh chodna hi tha. { Honestly speaking I wouldn't have been able to leave it also, but now that we are going to have a child, I had to leave it.}

Avu: Hmm, first child of you both. 

Fais: Not first for me, you'll always remain my first daughter, how many ever children we both have. 

Avu: Ohho, how many children are you both planning? 

Fais: I didn't mean it that way. 

Avu: I know. 

She said while laughing. He smiled. 

Fais: Today itself I told Jaan about how we know each other and our first meet when you had punched me by mistake. I even showed her the photos you had taken from my mobile which you used to think of yours only. 

Avu: Hehe. 

Fais: And I came across the photo I had taken of the day when you received your first ever big award for your bravery and fighting skills. The day sir had taken you in the team as well. 

Avu: That day I'll never forget, even though now I'll be the leader myself. 

Fais: Even I still remember the day I received an award, it was different from what you received but still very big, and that was the day I was a part of the team. I was younger than you were at your time. 

Avu: But I'm scared of this responsibility, its a very big one. Will I be the perfect leader the team needs like you were? Do I even deserve this title or not? Will I be able to handle this responsibility? 

Fais: Were you scared when you entered the team? Did you think whether or not you deserve to be in it? Did you thinking of stepping back even once because of the fact that you can even lose your life? 

Avu: No. 

Fais: Why? 

Avu: Because I trusted you when you said with full belief that I am capable of being in the team and deserve it. I had trust on the belief you had in me. But this time its very much more than that. 

Fais: But I still believe that you are capable and deserve it. I know you are the leader the team needs. You might not be the perfect one, even I wasn't, but you are the best one Avu. And remember one thing, I'm not giving this title to my daughter, I'm giving it to the member who I know will be able to handle the responsibility, who will lead the team in the way it has to be, who will never give up. 

Avu: You always manage to lead me to the right path and encourage me with your words. 

Fais smiled.
