Married by mistake or by destiny?

Chapter 42

Few hours had passed now since Jaan was taken inside. This time when the door opened, they heard the baby's cries. They were let in to find Fais standing near Jaan who was holding the baby, the happiness on his face showed both Jaan and their child are safe and healthy. 

Fais: It's a girl. 

All were very happy and congratulated the two. After sometime they had to go out to let Jaan rest. Faisnat were  going to directly go to Nigams' home with their daughter on the next day. Vibha returned home to do some arrangements, to welcome her grand daughter. The new member of their family was going to come to her home for the first time, it had to be special. Right now Sidneet, Abhinavi and Jaireem were talking to Fais over call, deciding who will keep his daughter's name. 

Abhi: Naam toh bhua rakhti hai. { A child's name is kept by his/her bhua (father's sister).}

Fais: Iski bhua... { Her bhua...}

He thought for sometime before speaking. 

Fais: Reem? 

Reem looked at him in surprise. 

Fais: You are my sister only right, so do you want to? 

Her expression turned to a hesitant one and she looked at Jai. He said something in her ear. She turned back to Fais and nodded, making him smile. 

Fais: You can write her name on a paper and make her hold it. 

Reem nodded. She felt a bit nervous but when she felt Jai hold her hand as he sensed her nervousness, it went away, because she knew he is with her. She came out of her thoughts when all started suggesting names for Faisnat's daughter. After sometime the nurse informed him it is time for Jaan's dinner.

Fais: You all should go and have dinner, it's late, even I'll go. 

All: Ok. 

They kept the call and went for dinner. Fais also went in. 

Fais: How are you feeling now? 

Jaan: I'm good, just want to see her soon. 

Fais: She'll be back with us tomorrow, right now you have to eat your dinner. 

She hummed. Soon the nurse got her dinner. 

Fais: Jaan, I said it without asking you, sorry for that, but I asked Reem to name our daughter, as her bhua. You don't have any problem with it right? 

Jaan smiled hearing this. 

Jaan: Wow, that's great. Why would I have any problem? When is the naming ceremony? 

Fais: I didn't decide that without you. We'll talk to maa later. 

She nodded. 

Jaan: I thought so much that it will feel like this to see our child, it will feel like that while holding our child and I had like started imagining this day, actually not just this day but our whole life with our child the moment I found out I am pregnant. But the reality was so far from my imagination, the feeling was so heavenly, I can't even explain it. 

Fais: Same here, our daughter has brought us experiences we could never imagine and will do so in future too. Today I realised, a child is much more than a blessing to parents. 

Jaan: Parents... It feels so good hearing it. We are parents now. 

Fais: Ok now eat, then we'll talk. 

Jaan: Ok. 

They had their dinner and then he asked her to take rest. She soon fell asleep and he was sitting near her only the entire night, falling asleep there, the second bed forgotten. Next day Faisnat's daughter was brought to them, now sleeping on the crib beside Jaan's bed. They were waiting for her to get discharged, Fais had already completed the procedure for it. 

Jaan: Those six would also be very excited to meet her right? 

Fais: Yeah, if not for their work they would have come here. All of them will reach home before us. 

Soon they left for home. They reached to find the door open. Vibha did pooja of the three and applied kajal on the little girl's neck. Faisnat stepped in and soon all gathered around them to see their daughter who was peacefully sleeping right now. All were complementing her but were scared of picking her making Faisnat and Vibha laugh. 

Jaan: I thought you all will fight to pick her first. 

Avu was standing next to Fais so he brought her forward and helped her hold the baby. 

Avu: What if she falls? Or what if she gets hurt? 

Fais: Nothing will happen, I am holding her with you right. 

Once she was able to hold the baby properly she forgot all the fear. 

Avu: She is so cute. 

Next Abhi took her and then Sid. Then Vaish, Reem and Jai. By the time she was given back to Jaan she woke up. 

Abhi: Bhai, she got your eyes. 

Vibha: Ok now let them go in. 

She said while taking their daughter. Faisnat went in and were surprised seeing their room decorated fully. A crib was also placed there next to the bed. 

Faisnat: Thank you so much. 

Vibha: I'll get lunch for both of you. 

Everyone went out. Just then Sid remembered he had said Jai of his and Avu's marriage and turned to Jai, only to receive a smile and a nod, meaning he accepted their marriage. Avu also saw this and smiled. She looked at Sid who was already looking at her. He eyed towards Vaishreem and she blinked. 

Avu: Vaish, Reem we wanted to say you both something. 

They both looked at each other confused but went with Sidneet anyways. Sidneet said them everything. Even they both had no problem. 

Avu: When do we tell bhabhi? All know it except her now. 

Sid: Let's see.
