Chapter 37

G: Why can't you accept me Siddharth? 

Sid: Why should I? I don't love you, I didn't even talk to you ever before much. And I for sure never even touched you, let alone forcing. 

G: You know, I always pretend to happy, pretend that what you did wasn't wrong in just hope of you accepting me. After you forced me I even left my husband because I couldn't sleep with one man and stay with other, even if it was against my wish. I never had any physical relation with him because I wasn't ready which he understood. Please accept me Siddharth, I can't go to anyone other than you now. 

Sid: Look, whatever is the reason behind you doing all this, just stop it. I won't fall for your words, I very well know I didn't do anything like that, or even think of doing it. And honestly if you were actually forced, going to the person who would force you would be the biggest mistake because the person who can do it once can repeat it even a hundred times. You yourself wouldn't feel like even seeing that person, at least I think so. 

G: You don't know how it is that's why you are saying this. I have grown up very differently, I can't go near another man if one already touched me in that way with or without my wish. 

With the others, 

Fais: If this continues Sid will lose his temper. He is clearly starting to get angry. 

Avu: Tell him to calm down no, if he said anything wrong in anger? 

Fais: Not yet, I'll tell him only if he close to losing it. Telling now will distract him and she'll start doubting. 

Avu: I hope he doesn't come close to it. 

The other four were quietly hearing everything. Moving back to Sid's side, 

A girl's tears can be her biggest weapon. That's why when she started crying Sid's anger was long forgotten and he didn't move back seeing her about to hug him. He heard Faisu's voice. 

Fais: Sid, push her back, fast. It's her trap. I know what you are feeling but push her, fast. 

Sid was quick to react hearing him and pushed her away while standing up. But what she did next shocked everyone including Sid as she tried kissing him. Sid was about to slap her but... 

Fais: SID STOP. 

Sid listened to him and just stepped back, clenching his fist in anger. 

Fais: Sit down before a scene is created. I know you are angry and that she deserved that slap, but you are in public. Everyone will favour her, all but her ex-husband who is watching every move of you both. He won't favour you either. 

Sid was shocked but didn't show it as he sat down, she did the same. 

Sid: What do you want? Why have you called me here? Is it to do all these cheap tricks? 

G: It's not any trick. 

Sid: Yeah, that's why you just tried kissing me. I am leaving and don't you dare try calling me again. 

He was about to stand up but she stopped him. 

G: Wait. 

Sid: Now what? 

G: Till now only your brothers know, what if these photos reach your mother? 

Sid looked at the photo and immediately looked away. 

With others, 

Fais: What is there in the photo? 

Avu: She had showed you right? 

Fais: No, she just said she has photos as proof. 

Abhi: Then it has to be of hers and Sid's. And by Sid's reaction the photo is clearly not appropriate, I mean what she must be... wearing. 

All understood it's actually not wearing but he of course couldn't say it. 

Jai: But what will bhai do now? 

Fais: I hope he doesn't give in hearing maa's name. 

With Sid, 

Sid: I need some time to think over it. 

He wasn't sure but he felt he heard Fais sigh in relief. 

G: Ok then, I'll be waiting. 

He left from there. As soon as he got into the car he took a breath. 

Sid: Where am I stuck? 

Fais: Fortunately you aren't stuck, you have a clear way now. 

Sid: As much as I was angry at her, it was also embarrassing when she showed that photo. How can she show such type of photo of herself to anyone? 

Fais: This girl for sure is ready to go to any extent to make you accept her. 

Sid: I don't think we should go to police or any lawyer... 

Fais: Huh? 

Sid: We'll have to directly go to mental hospital for her. The way she was crying, like I just hit her. 

Fais: And of course seeing a girl's tears is your weak point, all of ours actually. 

Vaishneet and Reem looked at Abhijeet who seemed to agree until they noticed the girls looking at them and got confused. 

Abhijeet: What happened? 

Vaishneet: Nothing. 

Fais: Anyways, you return home Sid. 

Sid hummed and soon reached home. 

Avu: I don't get one thing, why was her ex-husband there?

Fais: His flight got postponed to today and he must have gone there directly from the airport. I don't know whether him being there was a part of her plan or not. 

Avu: It can't be, she doesn't even seem to remember that he is still alive. And he wasn't alone. But how do you know? 

Fais: I was just making sure she is not the reason he didn't meet Sid yesterday. 

Avu: Oh. 

Fais: Btw Sid, if Avu had been the one talking to you she would have said you that slap her hard. She was no less than a volcano at that time. 

Avu: Like he wasn't angry. He looked angrier than me in fact. 

Sid: I don't understand how he loved her and was with her for so long. Still loves her actually. 

Vaish: She must have been different with him. But I hope after seeing whatever happened today he will understand you both are not together. The way he was noticing you both so closely, he must have not missed the fact that you almost slapped her. 

Sid: Even I hope so.
