After 12 good hours of sleep, I woke up to sunlight striking at my glued eyelids, not daring to open.
I sat up, yawned and made an irritated grimace at the pain in my stomach, just by stretching my arms.
There was put a plate of breakfast next to my bed, a glass of water and a couple of pills like before. I guess it wasn't that bad, being absolutely destroyed by a bear. I struggled on my feet and got up to take my first bath in 3 days. After my bath, I braided my hair into twin braids and put on my own regular clothes.
I went back to bed, to continue my book as I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in!" I yelled, my face burried, deeply interested in the plot of the book.
"Hi. It's me" a voice spoke.
"Hello, me." I mumbled, skimming to the end of the page, so I could put a bookmark in between the pages.
A hand reached down at my book and put the bookmark in between the unfinished pages.
"Hey, I was reading that" I sulked childishly.
"Too bad." The tall boy smirked down at me and put my book on my night stand.
I crossed my arms. "Came here, to stalk me again?" I still felt a bit sulky about the book thing.
He scoffed at me "no. I came to visit our patient, as the caring man I am"
I scoffed.
"Anyway, pick a hand" he gave me a wide toothy smile, his hands folded behind his back. I used my powers, to cheat, looking for an answer to which hand I should pick, completely forgetting, that my eyes glow bright yellow, when I use my powers.
"Woah! Your eyes!" He exclaimed. It hit me.
"Uhm. The right one." I ignored his comment.
"Right," he smiled and took out a gigantic bouquet of flowers in all kinds of colors from behind his back. My face lit up into a big smile. "For me?" I asked stupidly, taking it into my hands.
"Of course. I didn't know what kind you like, so I got you one of each" he studied my face for my reaction, but I was too focused to take a look at every flower.
"Oh my god thank you, that's very kind" I giggled, my smile could reach the moon at this point.
"You're welcome" he lifted his shoulders like it was no big deal.
I placed the flowers on my nightstand next to my book.
"You seem better?" He carefully asked, leaning against the wall, looking down at me with his lips slightly parted.
"Yea, I feel better." I admitted.
At first I didn't think the food was working, because I kept puking it up again, but it turned out that some of the food did get digested fully, without me throwing it up, so slowly, yes, I was healing.
My stomach rumbled loudly. My eyes popped open out of embarrassment.
"Hungry?" He smirked.
I nodded with a guilty smile. This whole slowly digesting thing had me feeling hungry all the time.
"I'll go get Tia Julieta to make you something, be right back" he took my empty breakfast plate and rushed out the door, leaving it open.
My sister walked by, chasing after a little grey monkey down the hallway, a little boy her age giggling with her, running behind. I smiled. Good she's making some friends. She was always the social one out of the two of us.
I felt a headache taking over again and decided to just try and rest a bit until Camilo came back.
