The keys to my piano were off. They needed a tuning otherwise my new album would never get done. I growled in frustration as I called my uncle to see if he could help me fix it.

"Yeah, I'll be there in about half an hour. I just got finish fixing this oboe and then I'll be over."

"OK. I'll see you then" I mumbled.

After a few minutes, my phone buzzed.

Kimmie's_Boutique23 is live

I sighed and slammed my phone down. I didn't want to watch this bitch's bullshit. Not after all she's done to me. The whole reason I became #1 in the music world of Ft. Beat was because of her.

I should be grateful for her backstabbing.

But I can't even scroll through Chatterbox without seeing a new picture of her in some skimpy bikini or a short skirt that caused a stir in my pants.

I got my guitar out and started to strum a 16 count break before starting the second verse to my new song.

Through heaven and hell, till dusk and dawn, my heart will still go on.

You sank your teeth in my neck the day my heart went dead.

I tried my best to try and be brave,

But it's become too hard for my face to be saved.

My heart went on about the heartbreak. Kim got into my head during that time and she made it worse by going out with my best friend. The only guy I knew I could count on and I caught him in bed with my girlfriend.

My ex-girlfriend.

There was a knock on my door and when I looked up, there was my Uncle Jack with his tools ready to help fix my piano. I waved him in and opened up the piece of crap that's been giving issues since day one.

"Ok, let's see. Well, it looks like two of the keys are too close to each other and tuning shouldn't take long. As for payment, don't worry about it. Think of this as a family discount and you can do an IOU by taking your cousin's friend to prom deal?" Uncle Jack assured when he peered into the stomach of the grand piano.

I nodded, shook his hand and played the first half of my new song, then when it came it to the second verse is when I felt hot tears strain down my face.

There was too much going on. The breakup going viral, my dad and mom fighting in a divorce that was long overdue and now everything I own is falling apart and I can't afford to fix it all and on top of all of that, I now have a deal with a record company that I need to think about.

"Max! Come down here! Something just came in the mail for you!" My dad shouted while started to reorganize my stuff.
