"I'm last! Ok, so my card claims that this creator got her favorite celebrity to dance with her in a video once when they were both in NYC. Wait Lisa you did?"
"Me!"
"Lisa"
"Lisa"
"Lisa"
"Lisa"
"Yeah I did, it was the girl who plays Doe in War with Nature. She was on her way to set and I happen to run into her. She was pretty chilled about it." Lisa said, twirling her hair in between her fingers.
"That's awesome!" Jake squealed. I liked Jake, his personality made him a bubble of fun and laughter.
Our phones all buzzed once more and we all looked down at each other.
"Congratulations everyone! You completed your first challenge with only one minor bump in the road. So as a prize you all get a free five-course meal from Antwan's. Please dress up in something nice and be ready for the limo before 5 o'clock sharp!"
"Oh Atwan's. I heard they got some good lobster." Lisa gushed while upstairs where all of the girl's stuff was. We all decided that because there were more girls than boys, they could have the upstairs, and we boys would take the downstairs.
I hurried to my room and picked out a nice button-up, a pair of dress slacks, and dress shoes. Nothing too fancy as a black suit and tie, but nice enough where I wouldn't get stared at. I've been to Atwan's before and the place was pretty swanky.
When I got back out, Jake was all ready to go in a silk dress shirt that only had six buttons and only three were done up. The rest showing off his bare chest and a different makeup look. A purple lipstick with white and gold rhinestones and matching eye shadow and fake lashes. Jake wore nice-looking jeans with new-looking sneakers.
"Nice get up," I said while brushing off my shoulders.
"Thanks. I thought about going subtle, but it's LA, why not go all out?"
I nodded, remember how I once wore a blow-up dinosaur costume to a movie premiere.
"Hey, guys you ready?" Lisa's voice could be heard asking as the three doors above us closed.
"Yep. Are you?" Jake asked.
Lisa came down first in a simple sundress with flowers and bees scattered across the fabric. Her makeup was redone to be simple with just a hint of glitter. Her shoes, which were ankle-high sandals made her look like an earth goddess.
Then Kim came down in her usual dramatic looks, her hair was still in the style it was when she came into the house but now she wore a dress that was plain and had "cold shoulders" as she called it with stilettos and pastel makeup with her usual pink lipstick.
Then Bianca came down and her look took my breath away.
Her wavy brown hair was partly down and the rest of it was strung in two braids that shot down her back. Bianca was wearing a simple dress, no design, not a hint of body shaping, and not too much skin showing. She wore no makeup. Bianca didn't need any. She was a natural beauty. Her shoes though, made her have trouble walking. It was like she wasn't used to wearing flats.
"Ok, who's ready to go?" Kim asked while fixing her lipstick for what would probably be one in a million times during the night. We all raised our hands and were out the door just seconds before the limo showed up.
I don't think that the limo driver was expecting five good-looking young adults to enter his limo and drive to a nice restaurant that was only about a twenty-minute car ride.
