"Hey, guys! So, here I am at the new content house. It looks like I'm not the first person to show up. But I do see some great people. I see Cherry Pop! Oh my gosh! It's Kimmie Jones! There's also Max Foster! This is so excited guys! I just want to thank all of my fans who have supported me through everything! I'm so grateful!" I announced almost crying because I couldn't believe this was happening.
I stepped out dramatically and the whole crowd shouted and roared as my shoes clicked on the stairs. I felt sexy dressed as Doe. A caramel bodysuit with a white infinity scarf, fake white freckles, and a cute brown nose, and my cheeks lightly blushed, my hair hung in a high ponytail with a little wisp of my hair dropping my big brown eyes.
I shook hands with Mr. Thomas Crane who I knew as one of the CEOs of Ft. Beat.
"Thank you for joining us, Ms. Ownes." Mr. Crane gushed while we waited for the last limo.
"Alright people, let's begin the tour. Here we are at the entrance, here is where you can place things such as coats, shoes, and items such as brooms and shovels." Mr. Crane explained while demonstrating a sweeping motion of the larger-than-life entrance. The group kept walking and we passed two hallways. I felt like I was in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
"Ok, so here's the kitchen. living room and dining room. It's all in one room. There is a walk-in pantry. Those stairs lead up to the upstairs bedrooms and that room over there in the lounge room. There's the outdoor patio you can string lights over the table to create a romantic kind of atmosphere and if you walk down those stairs you have the outdoor lounge. There are also 3 bedrooms up and downstairs. You guys pick and choose who gets what room." Mr. Crane continued, blabbering about the neighborhood and some of the perks of living out here in Hollywood's gorgeous deserts.
There was so much to see, three lounge areas, two living rooms, a pool, a jacuzzi, and lots of space for content making.
The fans were all still cheering as the crowd dispersed from the event. The smell of sweat and food stands still lingered in the air as the five of us sat in the living room in awkward silence. It was Cherry Pop who spoke first.
"So, my real name is Jake, but you can call me Cherry Pop if you like." He stated firmly while the sound of his voice broke the never-ending silence.
"Hi, I'm Bianca and I hope you guys don't mind all the books that might be being delivered later. I was told to bring all of them by Mr. Crane." The girl with the brown curly hair mumbled. Her voice was almost below a whisper, but I could still hear her heavy Canadian accent.
"I don't mind. If you want I can help you later. I don't think it's going to be easy reorganizing them on your own." Max offered to shake her hand.
Bianca's voice was like honey. Smooth and sweet, it was like she was reading poetry in her videos.
"So, I do like a lot of fashion blogs and make-up tutorials" Kim offered, her high-pitched voice with that slight whine making me grit my teeth. I hated watching her videos on Ft. Beat and Viral because they always reminded me she had what I didn't and probably never would.
Jake rolled his eyes when Kim explained what she did. I guess I wasn't the only one who hated Kim for who she was or what she did to poor Max. It wasn't fair that Max had to deal with all this drama while living here. This is why I made a mental note to myself to try and make Max feel comfortable and safe when Kim was stressing him out.
