Lev's pov
"This is the kirencho residence, who is this?" The speaker from the gates announced.
Jonah threw her head out the window.
"Just tell your peeps It's Maya's boyfriend and his cousin who's in town."
The gears in my brain began to slowly turn. "JONAH."
Jonah's body spun back in a weird contorted like manner like a ballerina in a music box before coming to a halt in her seat. "I Just twisted my whole ass body for you, don't lecture me about my choice of words cuz."
My back slam- dunked back into the chair in defeat. Good grief, she has no idea what she's just done. Oh no. I could already picture it now. Maya's 6 foot 3 father crackling his fists to ready himself to crack my jaw. I stare up to see his black beady eyes throwing mental punches, walking in large expanding strides like he was avoiding the cracks in the floor. His Hair gelled back like black liquorice, his expression could strike a man dead, granted he wasn't already. Yep i could just see it now.
WAIT-
"Lev...he's walking towards us" Jonah whispers quietly, whipping off her glasses revealing her shocked Cheshire cat eyes.
The figure continued to get closer and closer.
"He totally heard what i said into the speaker shit shit shit." Jonah cursed herself smiling fakely as she noticed she was being shot poisonous glances by the man getting closer and closer. "Smile and wave, smile and wave." she hissed through gritted teeth.
God please let me survive today without slapping Jonah for her crazy ass antics.
Suddenly i can see a young woman with black and white hair stumbling behind him and what looks like a younger girl.
"Wait, is that don-"
"Hello Maya!" Jonah shouts out to Donna waving in relief. "Thank goodness you're here, i was getting concerned on how we were going to explain this."
Donna's face looks absolutely mortified from behind her dad, her expression frozen as she stares into my soul.
W h a t t h e. h e l l ?
She mouths at me petrified.
I just close my eyes and patiently wait for my execution.
They are now seconds away from me.
