I was so happy! Will and sat and talked for who knows how long. As much as I wanted to stay there all night, we had a curfew and we figured it was getting close to ten since the sounds of demigods quieted down. Also I didn't want Pollux to us.
"I'll see you tomorrow." Will said, giving me one last kiss before we parted ways.
"Good night." I smiled and walked to my cabin. I found Pollux brushing his teeth, waiting near the door.
"How long have you been there?" I asked him.
"Not long. Where have you been?" he asked through his toothbrush.
"Walking. Why?" I asked getting pjs and going into the bathroom to change.
"Well Will left, do you know where he's at?" Pollux pressed.
"Yeah, in his cabin. The door was open and I popped in to say good night." I said, changed and beginning to brush my teeth.
"Okay, not let me spit." I moved out of the way for him to finish brushing. He rinsed his toothbrush and walked out of the bathroom. I finish and walked out and laid down under my covers.
"Night." Pollux said turning out the light.
"Night." I said softly. I stared out the window thinking of Will's poem, falling slowly into a dead sleep.
I jumped awake when I heard a thump. I sat up to find Darcy yanking a sleepy Pollux from his bed.
"Wha--what are you doing!" Pollux half shouted. He was in gym shorts and a cut-off shirt, you know with no sleeves and slits on the sides? Those work out shirts? Yeah that's what he had on.
"I have to talk to Mia!" Darcy said pulling Pollux to the floor.
"Ah! It's cold! And can't it wait until morning?" Pollux groaned.
"No, it can't and it's morning." Darcy dragged Pollux across the floor, who did bother trying to fight her.
"It's still dark out!" Pollux said as he was shoved out the door.
"Darcy, what was that for?" I demanded, pulling the covers to my chin. It was freezing, and I realized the window was still open from yesterday.
"What happened last night." Darcy said sitting on my bunk.
"Shut the window first." I ordered, laying down.
She got up and slammed the window shut, followed by a confused Pollux popping his head up. Darcy glared at him until he walked away.
"Now what happened, everything." Darcy said sitting back down.
"Fine." I sighed. I then told her everything, with interjecting every now and then with a 'aw.'
"That was so sweet!" Darcy clapped happily.
"It was. Now can I go to sleep?" I asked yawning.
"Yes, but first, answer this. Are you a couple?" she asked.
I didn't really know what to say. I guess it's implied we are one, but then we never really talked it over. "Huh, we never really talked about it."
"Well he better ask. I'll go talk to him." Darcy got up and made her way to the door.
"Not now!" I jumped up out of bed to shut the door she opened.
"Why not? Might as well." Darcy shrugged.
"Let him sleep. Like you should have let me and Pollux sleep. Now go back to bed and send Pollux in." I told her sternly.
"Whatever." Darcy stretch and walked out. "You can go back in now."
