I feel that no one reads my story because no one comments:/ I want comments! Well enjoy the chapter!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We got Chiron in his wheelchair and took the table and two chairs from the porch inside so it appeared more like a meeting than a social gathering. Chiron sat on the side across from me; I was sitting on a bed, Pollux to my left in the chair and Darcy on my right.
"Mia. That talent of yours will control your life if you don't figure it out." Chiron blatantly explained. Obviously I knew that.
"But how?" I asked. Could I just get rid of it? Because that would be nice, I thought to myself.
"Start from explaining from the beginning." Chiron stated. And for the third time that day, I told my story. Sadly it's getting easier to tell.
~~
"I see." Chiron nodded as I finished my story.
"Yeah, but why did we have this private meeting?" I asked, just being curious.
"I didn't want this matter getting out of hand. You have a great ability, a stretch from Pollux." I looked at him. He had his eyes on Chiron."He'll explain later. I'm sure."
"Chiron, obviously Mia has a great power. Do you think she's...?" Darcy started, not wanting to finish her sentence.
"The 'Seven', no. But she was sent here by her father. I know he wouldn't unless he had a reason to. He doesn't like demigods too much, so he having a daughter surprises me." Chiron said.
"Maybe he wants me not to be lonely." Pollux said. He seemed lost in his own thoughts.
"Yes. Maybe, but gods have their own agenda. Dionysus might have sent you here feeling that you could be of use, or did not want you to be stranded alone if things don't turn out well. The 'Seven' have a prophecy to fulfill."
"So he didn't want me to be lonely?" I said kinda mad. I enjoy being alone, but company is starting to be more fun.
"Yes, no halfblood should be alone. You all need someone to understand and be there for you." Chiron responded. "However, perhaps you could be useful here in the future."
"You mean a potential war with the Romans?" Darcy asked.
Chiron looked shocked, because she knew, not because it wasn't true."Yes, why would you think that?"
"Well given the history between the camps, things will happen to cause both camps problems. I figured this out on my own. It was clear that it will happen." Darcy said matter of factly.
"A war with the Romans? Does not sound good." Pollux said.
"No, if the camps don't cooperated, then we've already have failed." Chiron said. His thousand year old eyes filled with worry. "But I have hope everything will go well."
"But we can't say anything, or else the camp will go into frenzy." I said. Though I wasn't here long, I was picking up quickly.
"Yes. I agree. I'd like to ke--" Chiron was interrupted by a door opening.
"Chiron, Annabeth is looking for you." Piper was in the door and looked a bit nervous. What for, maybe because she found out what happened to her sister? But she didn't even look at me.
"Where is she?" Chiron rolled away from the table and followed Piper outside. They left letting the door slam behind them as they hurried off.
"And of course we get left like last night's supper." Darcy said rolling her eyes. She's only been here a bit longer than me, so I don't know how she can be so bitter. L
