"Oh how excited you are going to be when you see it!" Can she be anymore happier? I can't decide whether I am happy or nervous. My heart feels like it pounding out of my chest.

I watch as she grabs the keys from under the mat and inserts it in the key handle. She opens the door and a breeze of lavender traveled through my nose. The apartment was bigger than I thought. The wall had the colors of olive green, the floor was wooden, and the countertops were granite. I wish I lived in something like this when I head off to college. It's beautiful and spacious.

She shows me the beginning of the house like the decorations. "David honey! Guess who is here!" I smile, but inside I want to tape her mouth with five layers of duct tape. He comes in my view holding a box full of I'm guessing albums. It feels like three years since I last saw his face. His biceps come in perfect view also. I observe his body and finally look up to him and there were his eyes on me. He makes me nervous when he looks at me. "Alexa." My name flowed out his mouth perfectly. "David." He nods and smiles.

He puts down the box on the dining table and walks over to me. My eyes never leaving him. "How have you been? Why aren't you at school?" He embraces me. His right hand on my waist, his left arm on my back, and his jaw on my neck. How warm the hug felt, felt so right. I wanted to stay like this forever, but Kate was behind me. He smelled like a sexy man with his cologne. I felt his muscles against my skin.

When we finally are apart from each other I answer the questions he asked earlier. "I'm doing very fine!" No I'm not all I can think about is you. "I'm not at school because I felt umm sick and my mom couldn't pick me up so I was walking home until I came across Kate." I smile to make it seem not complicated. They nod.

My phone starts ringing. It's my mom. They stare at me as if I was an alien. "I'm going to take this." I put my backpack down. I open the front door and answer the phone call. "Hello?" I say.

"Hey sweetie, the school called me and said you left school. I need an explanation now!" she replies. "I felt really dizzy and the clinic was closed until tomorrow, so I walked out and on the way I saw Kate and now I'm in her new house." I added Kate to sugar coat it. Please, please work! "Well, ok what time do you want me to pick you up?" I don't want to leave. "I will call you when." I'm surprised she is even letting me stay here with David and Kate me being the only teenager here. "Okay well tell them I said 'hi' bye I have to go I'm in a meeting." She hung up before I could even say my farewell to her. I put my phone in my pocket and open the front door. They weren't in the same place they were. I hear giggling coming from Kate. "Hello?" I say.

"In the kitchen!" Kate's voice. I walk in the kitchen and she is leaning against the counter. Her back to it and David leaning towards her with his hands on the counter behind her. She traces her finger along his abs. She gives him a kiss on the lips and with his majestic lips he kisses her back. What I would do to be in that position. I can't watch anymore. I clear my throat so they can notice I am here. "I can leave if you want I don't mean to invade your privacy at all." I start unlocking my phone so I can dial someone to pick me up. "No stay! You're such a lovely person. Would you like anything to drink?"

"Thank you and water will be fine." She nods her head and separates from David. It was awkward without Kate lightening up the mood, so I walk into the dining room and absorbing its perfection. Whoever designed this has a beautiful way of doing it. I feel a tap on my shoulders it must be Kate with my water. I turn to face David. "What happened to your cheek it's swollen and I can see that your cried they are puffy." I gulp. I thought he wouldn't notice it. "I-I-I feel on my cheek, I slipped." I smile to him.

He places his right hand on my cheek and says. "I know you are lying to me and its fine just if you need some comforting I will always be there. With the same hand he traces it down my side down to my hips. "always." He let's go of me and backs away to sit down on the couch. I stood frozen while Kate walks in. "Here you go, I have to run to the super market real quick, would you like to come?" I take a sip of the cold water.
