"what's taking them this long, its already 5pm." pacifica said as she is pacing back and fort.

"i dont know, they..... didn't even message me back" Mabel said as she sat back on the bed, getting worried.

"how about your grunkles'?" pacifica facing mabel. Her right foot tapping the wooden floor,  getting anxious.

"still nothing" mabel shakes her head.

"well we can't stay here, we'll get caught" pacifica crossed her arms as she frowns at mabel.

"i know that paz, just-" mabel was about to say something to ease pacificas worries when knock on the door cut her off

"pacifica? You in there? I ah, wanted to talk to you, about, i.. Ah. Can i.. Can i come in?"

Both mabel and pacifica eyes went wide. Pacifica turning her head to door and back at mabel, indicating of what to do.

"paz?" rev. Gideon said behind the close doors.

Both girls panic, both looking at the other, a face that says "what do we do?!"

"ah... Paz?"  rev. Gideon knock again.

"......yeah?.. Wait a sec... My, ah." pacifica look around finding something to reason out, she look at the table below. "hair brush? Yes! My hair brush is under my bed, and i'm trying to get it"

Mabel held her hands on her mouth to prevent her from laughing. Pacifica look at mabel, shaking her head. Mabel held a thumps up as a reply.

"oh? I can help you if you want?" rev. Gideon ask

"no, it's okay," pacifica look around finding a place to hide mabel, until her eyes landed on...

"so what is it you want to talk about?" pacifica said she opens the door letting rev. Gideon in.

Pafica remain standing as she is looking at rev. Gideon and looking at the closet. As she is being careful incase of anything

"well..." he made his way to the bed as he sat on the edge. "i wanted to ask, about whats happening this past few days, just.. I.. Wonder if you know?"

Pacifica was confuse and without thinking she ask "what happened this past few days?"

Somewhere where mabel hides, mabel mentally face palm her face.

Rev. Gideon look at her funny. Pacifica caught her mistake as she covers her words again.

" i mean it's gravity falls, something weird is bound to happen right?" Pacifica laugh weirdly.

Rev. Gideon sigh as he look down as he answer her back quietly. "yeah, somethings are bound to happen around here"

He look back at her again "hey, paz. Have you already found the answers as to why we're changing personalities?"

And that what click pacifica on what was going on. She look back at rev. Gideon softly as she answer back. "maybe. Why?"

" i. Want to feel like myself again. I've Said something hurtful to you yesterday, and i know you know that wasn't me, but, its hard not being myself... I... I dont want to be someone that i'm not what if this will be permanent. What if.... What if i'll turn to be someone who you dont know. What if i'll be talking back to my dad. Ooohh. What will happen if my dad find outs. What if we keep bickering like 3 days ago. What if-"

"HEY!" Pacifica snaps her fingers. The action made rev. Gideon quiet.

"you're mumbling" pacifica said back.

"right. Sorry" he scratch the back of his neck.

Silence.

Pacifica sigh. She look at rev. Gideon, as she thinks about a plan. If theres anything they got to far from this dimension, is that their reverse selves are on the hunt to find answers, while, them on the other hand are already getting the solution. Atleast, they're not the only one getting frustrated from all this mess.

In all honesty, it was their fault in the first place why this mess started, their reverse self just got involve. If anything they should fix the mess not their reverse selves. But.. They also need them for this to end.

"alright. Listen here gi.. Gideon. I may know what happened. But you must trust me and i'll also try to trust you got it?" pacifica look at him with hard gaze.

"okay?..." Gideon didnt really get her.

"we will tell you everything we know"  pacifica made her way to the closet.

Gideon keep looking at pacifica, still confuse. "we?"

Pacifica open the handle to the closet as a figure almost falls. The figure finally got out the closet.

" what the?" Rev. Gideon said

Pacifica face rev. Gideon again. Who was in shock.

"MABEL PINES?!" Rev. Gideon shouted upon seeing mabel who is also looking at him sheepishly smilling.

An: finally got my break hehehe. Also realize this story is almost on its second year can you believe that?

Anyway. It feels good to update again, been busy to be honest,

I hope this chapter serves as an apology from the times i haven't been updating this story.
