Dipper pov
——at the mall

"Will you hurry up! Candy and grenda are waiting" Mabel said as she fast walk

"Then why did you bring me along," I said getting annoyed

"Well? I'm doing you a favor by being a social person and talking to other people and not just a book" she eye-rolled

"What?! I DO NOT ONLY TALK TO A BOOK. I talk to people like my friends at school, wendy, soos-" she cut me off

"Dipper your friends at school also talks to books" she faces palmed

"And besides candy still likes you and it's fun to tease" she giggles

I just eye-rolled her

"There they are! CANDY!!! GRENDA!!!" She screams and waving going to two girls sitting on a bench facing a bookstore

I walk over to Mabel and the girls to greet them.

"Hi," I said

"Dipper?" A girl around our age, who has black long hair, wearing contact lenses, wearing a green shirt and jeans.

I raised my eyebrows, not knowing who the girl was

The three girls laugh at me

"Hahaha it's me" the girl pointed at herself "candy"

Okay? She looks different, maybe age does change a person's appearance

"Ahh sorry I didn't- you know," I said awkwardly

"Ah! It's okay dipper" she blush and looked away

This is so awkward.

"So? Where do you wanna go girls?" Grenda finally broke the silence.

"How about we go to a cafe?" Candy said

"I think I just saw a cat cafe near the art store" candy continues

Okay, I'm starting to regret coming here.

We look at Mabel

And as expected

"LETS!!!! GO!!!! TO THE KITTEN!!!" Mabel squeals so loud

I just let The girls walk. Mabel looks behind to see me.

"Well?" Mabel said as the two girls look at me.

"I'll catch up, I just need to go to the bookstore for a bit," I said pointing to the bookstore

Mabel looks bored at me, as she grins and nudges candy's elbow

"do you... Do... Do you want someone to company you?" Candy said playing with her figures.

Weird

"A-ah it's okay, I'll be seeing you guys aren't I?" I said

"Nerd" Mabel said quietly

The three girls started to walk again

"I heard that!" I said

I sighed

I look at them walk until they were no longer visible. I turn around and got bumped by someone. And got stumbled to the ground.

We were both on the ground. I look at the person who is touching her head.

She has bangs and has long blonde hair, wearing a purple crop top shirt and high-waisted jeans, and was wearing a black converse. She has Pale skin, has little freckles around her nose, and I can tell her makeup wasn't that visible, also as by looking at her she is probably around my age

I'm probably looking like a creep for observing this girl.

She looked at me

Her eyes were blue,  like the ocean

We were just looking at each other as I notice how awkward this scenario is right now. And she looks behind my back trying to not look at me.

"I'm so so sorry for bumping you, I was in a hurry," she said while giving me hand to stand. Her head down.

"No, it's okay," I said. Holding her hand standing up.

We instantly let go of the hold

She is looking down, maybe from  embarrassment

"Hmm? I should probably go, someone is waiting for me, again I'm so sorry" she said not even a glance at me

"No, it's okay," I said

She walked past me, and I looked at her, and stop at her track and turned around, and finally look at me.

She waved "bye," she said, and turn around to walk again.

Why do I feel like I know her?
