Chapter 46

"Mabel." Dipper said quietly.

Mabel furrowed her brows. "What are you talking about, and i want you to explain everything."

Dipper looks down unable to glance at his sister " I Can't"

"What?! You can't even tell us one simple plan." Mabel was furious now, she can't believe anything anymore. Nor trust what anyone says.

She looks at Gideon who also has guilt written all over his face. "You knew? You... I can't believe you. I thought you understood when i- were you just playing with me?"

Gideon tried to reaching out to her but she took a step back. "Mabel you have to know that i'm just doing what's best"

Mabel shook her head. "Best? You think keeping me and Pacifica in the dark is Best?!" She looks at Gideon than at dipper. Tears slowly creeping in her eyes.

They're the only ones left at the lab, letting everything out.

Dipper,Mabel,Pacifica and Gideon was in fords lab arguing

Dipper's only view was Pacifica as he pleads with his eyes, trying to let her understand.

They've had always understood each other by just one look but Pacifica's eyes shows that she just been betrayed.

Dipper approached her but he was hurt from her reaction.

"Dipper! You promised me! To be honest with each other. You'll be there for me and i'll be there for you" Pacifica step back away from dipper.

"Paz, listen, there's a reason why i—"

"Were you ever going to tell one of us?" Pacifica voiced cracks while she gestures to the remaining people in the room. Tears falling down on her face.

Dipper glanced at Gideon who in turn kept looking at Mable.

Dipper clench both his hands on his side 'this wasn't supposed to happen"

"Dip, were even thinking how would this affect us or would even cross your mind what we'll feel about all of this?" Pacifica's voice was cracking and Dipper hated to see her like this.

But he has to go on with the plan if it's going to be the right thing to finish all of this.

"Paz. I did. I'm ready to whatever consequences-" Dipper says holding in all his emotions.

"selfish." Pacifica let out the words with disgust. 

He didn't says much after that because he knows that he is Selfish.

Dipper just want to wipe the tears that flows down from her face, want her to understand that everything will be fine in the end.

But he already made a decision and he can't withdraw now.

"Whatever the outcome we still have to go through with the Plan. We already started, have the material and the knowledge, no matter the cause i've already made up my mind" Dipper frowns as he sternly said all that.

And that really hurt pacifica the most. She let out a whisper that can be heard through the silent. "You liar"

Dipper looks away equally hurts as much.

Mabel was angry upon hearing all of this. And the one person that she thought who was on her side, who understood her the weight she's also carrying also betrayed her trust.

Mabel was angry not only at Dipper but Gideon.

"Mabel, listen it's not my—" gideon but just he was about to reason out, he was cut off by Mabel. And what she said next made him guilty even more.

"You're the worst. And here i thought there could be something between us" Mabel was hurt and angry. "I am so done with everything, you just lost me" she looks at Gideon hatred in her eyes. Then she looks at her twin who also looks back at her. "And you just lost your sister." She wipes the last tear that falls and runs out. Leaving the others behind.

Gideon eyes went wide as he shouted, "MABEL WAIT!!" as he was running to follow her.
