An: 3:40 am can't sleep right now, cause of anxiety, so what better to do than just write and take my mind off things.

Edit: also, merry Christmas.. my Christmas right now is quite sad but whateve.

Also, quick note.. i think from here on out especially, starting my story you already know about some mental health or deep emotions i did include in each character. So, if your not comfortable having it in this story, just please exit my story. I dunno, probably, it will make you uncomfortable. I just think it really goes well with the character considering they've been through a lot in a young age.

(Day 8)

Day 8 in the morning, everyone was just settling everything, in their respective places.

Pacifica still laying on her bed staring at the ceiling as she always do, considering she always overthink her nightmares and every specific moment she often experience hallucination when she goes to bed. That's why every time when she wake up, her heads always starts pounding.

And her bedside table always has a cup of water and medicine. Taking it when she wakes up, every morning covered in sweats and gasping for air. There are also times she would wake up in the middle of the night.

-how long do i have to keep living like this, always a living hell close doors but, a barbie life in the open-

But, she often hides her medicine under her drawer, mix with her anti-depressant and some other medical stuff that makes her control her emotions better, cause that girl has some major self problem considering her status in life.

-let's just get this over with. And maybe i'll try to forget about him or my feelings- Pacifica sigh as she last thought about the boy her heart always skips a beat every time she sees him.

Ford already gave a heads up that they will be leaving at midnight, also, giving the science explanation as to why, it have to be in midnight.

Them traveling in midnight would be a different day in the other side, it will be like midnight in their reality, while afternoon in the reverse reality they believe they are in.

Everyone has only one thing in mind and that is to finish this accordingly to plan they think what they are going for.

Ford and mcgucket currently in the lab checking everyone's places, making sure the tracker and working and so as the gadgets fords plan to take with them.

Fords has still doubts in everything considering he has fought different beings before heck even the strongest namely "bill" though for him, he aint strong after all. Bill cypher got beaten by them just human being as they are. But, even so, is still dealing with things, weird as people may see it as, safety is never in their minds when you're at the situation and having a goal to end things, even when it has to have a life taken.

It's either a choice of being selfish or selfless. Dipper in the other hand has always been selfless in terms in choosing a path. for him, as long as everything will turn out fine in the end, than it doesn't really matters if he lives or not.

Dipper in his room, writing in his different notebook, somewhere he often write down plans or mumbling some strategies he might use in terms of everything. You will never know when it will become handy.

"I better pack some things in my backpack just in case" he said as he put some things in his bag.

Mabel in the other hand, try not to think about it, cause she makes herself believe like

"Yeah, i should trust them, if they say that everything will be fine then, everything is okay"

But to her, deep down, even though she trust everyone saying that, why do they sound like a bunch of liars to her. She doesn't like it when she thinks of a person is horrible or is she the horrible person, always showing this facade that Mabel pines always see things the bright side of things.

She makes her way downstairs only to find, surprisingly, Gideon gleeful in the living room reading something from a black book.

*sighing* Mabel walked her way to Gideon direction in the sofa taking a seat next to him. Gideon was to focus in the book for him not noticing mabel in his side.

Mabel looked at the book that he was reading, only for her to be bored because it was just a bunch of letters.

-he's so invested in this book, i wonder what it is all about- mabel thought on how bizarre the book was, it was just all covered in black without any tittle to it.

She was losing patience for him to noticed her, like it for her was kinda knew because he always, noticed her every time she is near by. But, now even considering how close she was right. Guaranteed, she was the one to sat next to him.

*coughed* "hey, Gideon, didn't know you were here, so that's an odd book your reading, just all black oohh.. spooky" mabel tried to make a conversation with him. She eyed him, to see if he looked at her, and as expected, he closed the book and faced her.

"Yeah, standford asked me to come here and to lend a hand-"

"You mean help"

"No, they asked me so, they're the ones who needs me, and i'm not doing this for anyone, i just want this to be over with and try to move on" gideon said, which made Mabel force a small smile and looked down at the floor.

Move on, yeah, that word. Why, does that sound so foreign for her to understand and why does it seemed weird for her. Moving on, she didn't really consider that. All she thinks about is being okay and wait for another adventure ahead for them. But, what will happen if they moved on, what will happen if she wants to moved on and turn to her back to the Adventures she is used to?

The feeling of worrying and stuck to a reality that she never really wanted in her childhood that's why before, she made a reality of her own where she doesn't need to face the real world.

"And if everything turns out okay in the end, do you still want to move on?" Mabel looked up at Gideon a hint in her eyes that she also wanted some answers to that, she was rather asking herself that than to him. But, she needs others point of view of what she's thinking.

"Yeah, cause in the end, let it be successful or a failure, I'm already tired, i've done a lot of things in life in a young age, and from what I'm already thinking from experiencing it, maaaaan, I don't want to do this anymore, and it's already funny coming those words from am i right?" Gideon response her, with the decision he already decided after all this scenario is done.

He already was and still paying the price for all the things he had done, and he already made others experience suffer worst than him which they didn't even deserve, he was just hungry for power that realizing that it was only making him more horrible then he already was, growing up. He was greedy and manipulative, the damage is already done, and he was willing to pay for the sins.

Mabel open her mouth to say something to him back but, decided not to continue anymore
