Pacifica pov

I started running when some girl that I don't know chased me she thought I was her boyfriend's side chick. And I know it's funny, why in the universe can I be a side chick if I don't even date. And my reason for that is I know all they want is a status and all because I'm a ^northwest^. And what's more embarrassing is I bumped into someone! The brown hair guy, I didn't look at him that much, he may think I'm a creep looking at him. Especially I was the one who bumped into him

Ughh just thinking about it makes it more embarrassing... this day is one of the worst.

The guy probably thinks I'm weird, good thing I lied about meeting someone, to get out of the situation.

I sigh and found myself standing in a cafe. I look at the store. Each booth Is filled with cats.

Guess it's a cat cafe, maybe I'll check this cafe out and also get me to relax for a bit, forget about today.

I get in and order.

Mabel's pov

"Oh! My gosh!! The cats are so freaking cute" I said as candy is patting a grey and white cat.

"We should name it," Brenda said.. or more like a shout? I dunno but she's grenda alright

"We don't even know if it's a girl or boy," candy said letting me hold the cat

I hold the cat and patted

"Who cares, let's....naaameee..iittt grey," I said

I look at candy and grenda for confirmation if they agree

"Mabel! You are so smart, why didn't I think of that" grenda said as she slam the table.

Candy just giggled

Beep... beep...beep...

Someone's calling me.

I look at the caller...

Nerd BroBro

I sigh as I pick it up.

On the line:
"Hello?" I said
"Are you guys still in the cafe?" He asks
"Yes, we're still at the cafe"
"Go outside so, I can see you where you are at"
"Fine, but hurry up, the cats still need my presence"

End.

I stand up and the girls look at me

"Dipper wanted me to wait for him outside... he's too embarrassed to come inside," I said

"Oh.. okay," candy said

I get out of the booth and I noticed someone oddly familiar in the counter chair drinking a milkshake and looking at a kitten.

I come closer to her, looking at her close.. she looked at me with a weird look.

"Pacifica?" I said a bit startled

She looked at me weirdly

"Oh come on, we were each other's friendnemy back when we were like 12," I said

"Mabel?" She said standing up

"Yeah yeah yup! It's Mabel!" I said cheerfully

"Hah! Nothing change in you I guess" she said

"What?! I'm basically, a teenager now hahaha and I'm finally officially can date" I said

She giggled at my response and coughed to make her stop. Typical Pacifica Northwest.

I chuckled

She looked at me "what?" She said

"Oh nothing," I said teasingly and look away

"Whatever mabe," she said crossing her arm

She called me mabeeee

"Ahh, are you okay?" She asked

"You! Called me mabe" I said with excitement

"Y-y-yeah s-so?" She said while turning red and looking at me trying to look embarrassed

Hehehe she is fun to tease

"Eh? Does this means I can call you... Paz" I said

She looked down at her feet "Yeah sure whatever" she said

"Hey yeah-" I was cut by my phone ringing

Pacifica pov

I look at her as she is talking to someone on her phone.

She hasn't changed much besides, still having long hair, from wearing sweatshirts to T-shirts and skirts to shorts, she's not wearing any braces anymore.

"Hey Paz, I need to go outside he's here already," Mabel said

My thoughts were interrupted

"Yeah sure," I said taking my sit

"Wait!" She said

"What?" I said looking at her skeptical

"How about you come with me and we can hang out, I can see that you're here alone," she said excitedly

I didn't answer.

I look down at my shake playing with the straw

"Thanks but I'm fine, besides, I'll only be a pain to hang with," I said

"What's with that mood of yours, that's not the right answer for me," Mabel said smiling from ear to ear

Wish I can be that happy and cheerful

"Come on!" Mabel said gripping my hand, and getting me out of my sit, heading out to the door.

"Hey! Mabel let go" I said

She let go of my hand. The next thing I know we were out of the cafe. I look at her and she's waving at someone.

I look at someone who's approaching. His hands in his pocket walked nearer to us.

He's talking to Mabel.

"Finally, you here, what took you so long," Mabel said

"Sorry, I bumped into someone," he said

Wait? He looks familiar ...He's the one I bumped earlier.

"Oohhh I wonder who is it" Mabel smirked

"Cut it out Mabel," he said a bit annoyed.

I just stayed there don't know what to do or say,

I mean, I always feel like I'm alone. Even in school, people tend to hang out with me for status.. and I feel like I don't even have real friends, people look at me like I'm sort of a blonde bimbo and that my personality is fake. I just feel sad thinking about people judging me and using me. And literally, I'm living alone in a nice small house my parents gave me when they are running a business outside the country. At least, I still have financial support. Though a parent's love and support, I still wish they can give me.
