Chapter 15

Third person pov.

"Whats that sound?" Mabel ask.

Dipper notice A shadow creep behind pacifica.

"Paz behind you!" Dipper said.

Pacifica turned around ready to dodge but she saw her mom? This left all of them confused.

"Mom?" Pacifica soften hear voice.

"Pacifica?, what are you doing here" the thing said.

Mabel raised an eyebrow at the conversation that is happening. Dipper and gideon was very  confused about what is going on.

"What about you? Why are you here?" Pacifica asking back.

"Oh! Babygirl! I was very worried about you" the thing said.

This was the answer that Pacifica knew that this wasn't her mom, she knows that her real mom doesn't talk to her like that, or in fact doesn't ask how she is. Dipper and gideon also noticed that there is no shadows behind the thing.

"Pacifica!" gideon and dipper both said.

"I know" pacifica answers, dodging the supposedly attack. And kick it in the stomach. The clone grunts,pacifica was about to get away but, the shifter grabs pacifica hair and hold her on the neck pinning her to the ground. Pacifica gasping for air and

"PACIFICA!!" The teens shouted in unison. Dipper, gideon and mabel was about to attack when-

"Don't........ please" pacifica pleaded trying to breath

"But-" mabel was about to reason out and run to the thing when gideon grabbed her shoulder

"Let pacifica handle this, I don't think fighting that shifter is a good idea specially the form is pacificas mother." gideon said.

Pacifica hold the shifter hands gripping it tightly as her knees kicked the shifters jaw making it back down. Standing backup. Running towards pacifica trying to punch her.. pacifica dodged every attack, avoiding to punch the shifter.

"You guys go and get the mirror!"  Pacifica shouts.

The teens nods but stop when the skeletons raised up running towards them.

"You got to be kidding me" gideon said. Annoyed while, punching some of the skeletons. Mabel also attack using her grabling hook like a gun.

"Dipper one of us should go and get the mirror.. obviously, it's you. Gideon and i will give you time" mabel said trying to hold up the skeleton.

Dipper nod to mabel. Dipper avoids every skeletons running to him. Which made him have some scratches.

The shifter was about to stab pacifica in the chest when pacifica hold the grip before reaching her skin. Pacifica closed her eyes tightly a tear escaped her eyes.

"I'm sorry" open her eyes, raising her fist and puching the shifter hard. Making the shifter lost it balanced. This time pacifica was the one who pin the shifter to the wall.. pacifica keep puching the shifter until her knuckles bleed. The shifter gasp one last breathe. Pacifica stopped herself. She let go of the grip. The shifter was thrown to the ground dead. Pacifica looked at the ground not looking at the shifter. She quickly sighed and help gideon and mabel.

"How and why Do you carry that around" gideon holding the skeleton head and crushing it's head looking at mabel.

"You will never know" mabel said while firing her grabling hook.

"Hey!" Mabel said as a skeleton holds her. Gideon look at mabel struggles to get out. Gideon kick one skeleton trying to get to mabel.. he hold the skeleton shoulders pulls it which landed on the ground and gideon stumps his foot on its head scattered.

"For a skeleton your grip is strong" gideon said.

Dipper was about to take the mirror but it won't come off. He look at the side of the mirror and saw something that written in an unknown language. He tried to read it, the mirror glows quickly in the shade blue but faded. It was now unstuck, Dipper grabs the mirror and walked towards the others.

The shadow shifter was gone and the remaining skeletons collapse on the floor. Mabel run up to pacifica hugging her to side, which made pacifica startled. Mabel loosens her grip.

"You were so cool back there! How do you did you... your fighting skills is..... awesome! Did you learn karate or something" Mabel cheerfully complimenting pacifica

"Self defense.. my parent made me learn it. It actually pays off" pacifica chuckle on the last part.

Mabel smiles in relief that her friend is fine.

"Yeah! Yeah! You were cool blondie" gideon said sarcastically.

Pacifica rolled her eyes at gideon but smiled after.

"What was that Thing back there?" Mabel changing the atmosphere. Looking at dipper and gideon.

"shadow shifter." gideon said.

"It's a shadow that can form into something you are connected to, and while you are fooled it attack's you which explain why it was form into pacifica's mom and this dead people here probably got fooled" dipper explains as he moved closer to pacifica.

"You okay?" Dipper whisper to pacifica.

Dipper knows that experiencing that will probably trigger pacifica nightmare and pacifica felt like she hurt her mother even though it's not the real one. Pacifica still love her parents and will never do something like that even how horrible they are.

"Yeah i'm fine" pacifica said. While looking at her wounded knuckles.

Dipper keeps staring at pacifica.
"I don't need your sympathy" pacifica said now looking at dipper.

"It's not sympathy, i'm just glad your okay, and that everyone is" dipper said truthfully.

Pacifica didn't say anything and was glancing around, but, deep down she felt happy that there are people who cares for her.Gideon move to the side the three teens.

"So? Did you-" gideon was cut off when dipper showed him the mirror. The teens looked at mirror together with their reflection in it.

"I'm gonna need a facial after this" pacifica added.

They were now on the shack to tell ford the details, as they walked inside. Stan noticed the teens and noticed the three scratches and glanced up at pacifica who was worst then the three.

Stan can tell that pacifica can fight.. he knows how it is especially, in physical fighting which is what he  is good at.

"Heh! Better fight clean next time kids" stan tease

And just in time ford came out from the vending machine drinking from his mug and saw the teens in the living room and spit a bit.

"Grunkle ford! We have it!" Mabel said proudly.

"Aaahhh I didn't think that you would actually do it" ford said.

"Heh! Never doubt this kids sixer" stanley said while putting his left hand on fords right shoulder.

AN:: we probably know about the badass moment stan did at the episode where he's with agent power in the office. Remember that episode? Ahh my childhood

Well? Hahahahaha this chapter really made me think.

This is the last chapter for this week.
