The end of the Pride

The next morning, Simba, Nala, and Kiara were escorted out of Pride Rock and were taken down below for a court trial. A judge was quickly called, and the jury was made up of all of Commander McCoy's marshals.

And so, the now defunct royal family was put on trial under the charges of regicide and murder. There was a lot of debate within the jury over the 3 lion's fate. Some of them thought of just deporting the lions to a very remote island in the ocean, but unfortunately, they were overruled 10 to 1. The jury came to a verdict, and they voted that Simba, Nala, and Kiara, should all meet the same fate as Kion: Execution.

Nala and Kiara were both dragged up first. Their paws were all pinned to the ground, and the two lionesses were shot point-blank in the back of the necks, dying instantly. Simba was now more heartbroken then ever. He just had to witness his family die right before his eyes, which is already the worst of death sentences. Simba was grabbed by his mane by two soldiers, and he was pinned to the ground where Nala and Kiara were.

Simba thought he was gonna be shot just like they were, but he was wrong. To his right he saw man walk up to him holding a huge ax. They were gonna decapitate him. Simba had his face shoved down deep into the dirt, and the back of his mane was lifted up to expose his neck. The executioner raised his ax, and in one swift motion, he brought it down onto King Simba's neck.

The last king of the Pride Lands, was dead. His severed head was picked up by Commander McCoy and raised into the air as it was presented to the joyous crowd.

Later that day, the bodies of the Royal Family were cremated, and the ashes were dumped into the same gorge Emperor Muantero's body was dumped into.

Then after that, Commander McCoy declared himself emperor of The New Empire of Osha. Since he was the one who led the ARO to victory, he was the obvious choice for first emperor. Emperor McCoy's coronation was held on the top of Pride Rock, as the sun set on the Pride Lands, for the final time.

Immediately after New Osha was proclaimed, hundreds of settlers came to the new country in search for rich land to settle in. As for the French and U.S soldiers, they were all finally sent back to their homes, and New Osha gave France and the U.S 500,000 dollars each for their assistance in the war. Billy would also be promoted once again to general, and in the New Osha Military, he would even be given his very own army.

Over the first 2 months of New Osha's existence, they would go on to battle the newly reincarnated Scar. He was brought back to life by the Out Landers as a firey spirit. Despite being really scared of Scar, New Osha's military still went into the Out Lands to take him down. The hyena trio, Janja, Chungu, and Cheezi, would all be killed in action, along with the rest of the Out Landers. And once the military finally came up against Scar, they all became fire fighters, they used as much water as they could find to put him out.

It worked, and the Out Lands was officially annexed to New Osha. The military would then go on to battle with Zira and her pride of lions in the Back Lands. They would also be ripped to shreds by the powerful New Osha Military, and the Back Lands would also be annexed.

2 months after his coronation, Emperor McCoy comes out onto the balcony of his temporary palace, and he sits down on a big throne looking out into the savanna. From there, he could see Pride Rock being demolished to make room for his permanent palace, and the savanna was also being filled with farms, houses, churches, and much more for a civilization to function.

"Hello Wolsey." Said Emperor McCoy. "Oh, hello your majesty." Said Wolsey. "Um, over the course of this war... Do you know how I felt throughout all this?" Asked Emperor McCoy. "Ha. I can only imagine, sir." Said Wolsey. "Like a mad man. Sending all of these poor lads to their deaths. To avenge a ruler's last dying wish, which was probably never even made." Said Emperor McCoy.

"Well they didn't just fight to avenge Emperor Muantero. I think they also fought for you." Said Wolsey. "Very well, Wolsey. It's just that, if I could travel back in time and do it all again... I most likely would have done a few things, differently..." Said Emperor McCoy.

And so, that was it. The Pride Lands officially ceased to exist. Way up in the Heavens, Simba, Nala, Kiara, and Kion, along with all of the Pride Landers who died during the war, were all sad to see what has happened to their kingdom. But despite it, they were all happy in a way, as they would all be together forever, in peace.
