S1:E3: Rivals x for x Survival

M/N smiled at the vendor and waved her goodbye. He shoved the fruits he bought into his bag, munching on a smaller plastic bag of seedless cherries. How the pits were removed? M/N had no clue. Yet, somehow it worked! The cherries were indeed pitless.
Zaban City really was a sight to behold. Lively music and chatter followed the group as they were navigated through a variety of colorful street vendors and stands. Residents, travelers, and exam applicants flooded the streets and formed crowds around the multitude of products street vendors offered.
It was crucial that the group stuck together and followed the navigator since it was so easy to get lost. Which was a problem, because M/N and Gon both had the attention span of a goldfish cracker.
"Who wants a taste? It's Zaban's world famous panda-frog on a stick! A delicacy!"
"Woah! M/N, come check this out!"
"This brooch here was excavated from Zaban's underground palace. It's a real find."
"Ooooh, Gon! Look at this!"
The two excited children ran around from vendor to vendor and shady salesman to shady salesman, marveling at all the items on display. Gon didn't want to buy anything, he just wanted to look around. M/N only ended up buying the fruits and an extra shirt, which he simply stuffed into his bag.
It took the rest of the group a few minutes to realize the two were even gone. But once they did, panic and disappointment set in.
"What do you guys think you're doing? Let's go!" Leorio scowled. He wasn't in a bad mood or anything. It's just that the group needed to stay as close together as possible and the two children immediately ran off without a thought. Because, of course they did.
"Right!"
"Whoops."
No more buying from shady vendors for them.

The navigator pointed towards a small restaurant joint, but the group's attention was guided towards a large fancy skyscraper instead.
"Woah. It's so tall! Such a nice place!" Gon gasped.
