I didn't know what happened to him that instant. He acted so weird and disappointed and he left the house in instant. We were playing the game nicely but after that question, he left the house as he was afraid to hear something further. He left just like that. And he still hasn't talked to me.
Does he want me to tell him that I will date him? I thought for a moment that's why he got disappointed. I shook my head out of these stupid and ridiculous thoughts of Alex thinking of me dating him. In the meantime, Adam and I grew closer together and I accompanied them to their detentions and it's my way of thanking them. Alex ignored me during detentions too so Adam was the only one to accompany me so we became pretty close with each other during that time. Alex was ignoring me for a few days and today is the day we are going on a trip. I was so mad at him. How can I tell him that I already love him to date him? I was afraid to answer that question and I badly wanted to say yes to him. He is the only guy who occupied my mind and yet I answered in no way because I don't want him to get suspicious of me. "He still hasn't talked to you?" Ethan asked standing beside me as we were loading our luggage into the bus.
"Let him be like that. I don't care." I shrugged, but inside I was worried about what I have done to make him so mad not to speak with me.
"What did you do?" He asked out of curiosity.
"Well he asked me if I would date him when I get a chance and I said no way and just like that he left the home and still hasn't talked to me," I grunted folding my arms below my chest.
"He is totally whipped for you." Ethan shook his head chuckling.
"What! No way, Ethan. Let him be like this and I'm not gonna talk to him even if he apologizes."
"Are you dumb, Mireya?" Ethan asked still chuckling.
"Why are you asking me whether I'm dumb or not? I'm not dumb." I furrowed my eyebrows looking at him.
"I doubt that you are a cupid or not. You seriously need to take relationship advice from others also."
"You don't know how many couples I made this year," I told him offended by his statement.
"You need to take advice for yourself too, little one." He ruffled my hair talking all mysterious and secretive and I didn't even understand it a bit.
"Coaches don't play, Ethan." I flipped my hair.
"Keep saying that you are going to end up as a nun." Carter smacked my head.
"Shut up. I will never ever end up as a nun. I know how to love someone." I gave him a proud look on my face.
"Did you pack everything?" Carter asked loading my luggage which was only a suitcase.
"That's all I need. Do I have to pack three suitcases?" I asked them bewildered.
