I woke up in the morning as my phone blasted in my ears ringing loudly. I closed my eyes shut tightly as the annoying sound continued to blast in my ears.
"Alex, you need to bring Mireya right now to the hospital." Adrian's panicked voice reached my ears as I sat up alarmingly and waited for him to continue.
"Mom got into an accident and she is unconscious. The doctors are treating her. Bring her as soon as possible."
"I will be there soon." I cut the call and entered the room where she is staying currently. Mireya was standing there all ready to go out.
"We need to hurry. The guys will pick you up, Isabella. I'm taking Mireya right now." I rushed and I didn't want Mireya to panic at the situation.
"What happened?" She asked alarmingly as I averted my eyes anywhere but at her. I grabbed her hands and instructed Isabella to bring her package home afterward. I have already said to the guys that I need to bring Mireya to the hospital as they all were worried about her.
"Alex, What happened?" She asked me as I made her sit on the passenger seat.
"Nothing, it's just... Your mom got into an accident." Her eyes blurred with tears as no words came out of her mouth.
"What happened to her? Is her condition okay?" She stuttered as her lips wobbled and tears were pouring out of her eyes.
"Shh... Adrian said the doctors are treating her. She will be okay, baby." I tried to calm her, but everything went in vain so I started driving to the hospital. She kept on crying and I couldn't do anything to calm her. If I was in her place I would do the same. I constantly looked at her as she was crying silently as I rushed to the hospital.
As soon as we reached there Adrian was there in the lobby waiting for us. Mireya ran and hugged Adrian tightly crying her eyes out.
"Shhh... Little baby, Mom is going to be okay. She will be okay. Don't cry." Adrian controlled his tears back patting her head to calm her.
"Are the kids ok? Do they know about this?" Mireya asked as Adrian wiped her tears out.
"No, the kids don't know about this. Once the operation is finished we will bring them. Currently, Athena is staying with them." She nodded unable to stop her tears.
"Alex, get her to the operating room. Liam is already there waiting for you. I will be back once I check on the kids. Please ask Isabella or Ryan or Adam to go with the kids. I don't want them to panic." I nodded as I hugged Mireya closer to me.
"Mom is going to come back to us, baby." She nodded crying her eyes out. My dad was already there with a tense expression. When Mireya saw my dad, she hugged him crying her heart out.
