just laying in bed
can't sleep
watching the stars
lighting the dark
want to ask them
who I am
they won't answer
'cause they've no clue
Who should?
when even I don't know
who am I?
I wear my mask perfectly
I hide my feelings easily
don't show your tears
don't show you've failed
but when you
don't share
ups and downs
nobody will know who you are
who am I?
nobody knows
nobody sees my face
hidden from the world
nobody can make it break
this thick mask
who am I?
the truth is
whatever you want
Am I the student,
the sister,
the daughter,
the friend?
I'm all of these
and I'm none of them
if I don't know
who I am
how could I dream
of who I'll become?
how could I make plans
and wishes for the future
if I have none
for the moment?
who am I?
I'm nobody
and I'm everyone
