Y/N'S POV
I slowly open my eyes and turn around, when I see that Amelia is also awake I smile and place my hand on her cheek
"Good morning"
"Good morning baby" she says
I bring her face closer to mine and kiss her, a few seconds later I pull away and look at her
"Babe?"
"Yeah?"
"Can we have donuts for breakfast?" I ask
I show her my puppy dog eyes, which I know she can't resist, and she giggles
"Sure"
"Yay" I clap my hands excitedly
I peck her on the lips and get up from the bed

We arrive at the hospital, still giggling about what we saw"That group of mimes yelling at each other was hilarious" I say
"Don't forget about the rat dragging the bagle" Amelia says
"You're right" I let out another giggle
"Only in New York"
"Amy?"
I turn my head and furrow my eyebrows when I see the woman standing in front of us
She looks familiar
"Nancy" they hug
"Nancy Shepherd, Amelia's sister" we shake hands
Oh, now I remember...she's McBitchy
"And...you are?"
"Y/n Y/l/n, nice to meet you"
"Are you one of Amy's friends?"
"Actually...she's my girlfriend"
Amelia grabs my hand and interlocks our fingers, I smile and kiss the back of her hand
"Oh...I- didn't know that you liked girls"
She makes a face and my blood starts boiling so I take a deep breath to calm down
"Yeah, I'm bisexual"
"Babe...we should go see our patient" I say
If we don't leave now I will punch Mcbitchy in the face
"You're right, let's go"
"Since you're in town why don't you come for dinner, both of you"
"We can't"
"We're leaving tonight, Amelia has a big surgery in Seattle tomorrow" I show Nancy a fake smile
"Ah...well, at least I got to see you. Bye" she leaves
I start relaxing and let out a deep breath
"Thank god she left" I say

We finish visiting the patient and leave the room"Everything looks good, it's all going as we planned" Amelia says
"Should be done by five"
"That gives us almost another 24 hours of observation before we head back to Seattle"
"That's amazing news!"
I jump a little when I hear Nancy's voice
"I was just about to leave you a note"
