Chapter 24

Cora's P.O.V
I had walked to Road's room and gently knocked and when I heard the door open I saw Earl's umbrella Lero let us in. I walked in first and smiled softly to the Earl. "Has she woke up yet?"

"Not yet; thank you for bringing Sheril. Welcome to the ark and the home of the Noah's and akuma." He looked to us three both myself and Tyki nodded our heads as I moved to use my healing to check on Road.

Sheril was surprised seeing Road and he bowed in greeting. "It's a pleasure to be here my lord. Is this Road?" He walked over to the bed.

I smiled softly letting Sheril see her. "Yes and if I recall she's the oldest Noah...the Noah of dreams. Both herself and Earl can control the ark plus she can use her own doors in and outside of the ark it helps us to move when I can't teleport."

Sheril listened and he smiled softly  seeing that I was tending to Road; he then looked to see Tyki hovering close by and smiled. "You two are cute together."

I blushed and looked to Tyki who was blushing softly but looked to me and smiled softly. "Thank you Sheril." Looking to Road quickly when she moved. "Hey sweetie; you going to wake up?"

"C-Cora?" She flinched slowly waking up and Tyki handed me a glass of water as Road sat up and slowly drank it.

"How are you feeling?" I asked once she finished the water and I checked her for anything wrong and when I was satisfied that she was alright I sat back.

"I'm feeling better thank you Cora." She smiled hugging me as I gently hugged her back. "You didn't get hurt did you?"

"No I'm alright; you have company." I moved and let the others in to greet Road; I could see that Earl had tears in his eyes and even Tyki was relieved. But when I looked to Sheril I saw something like a parent watching their child and I smiled having an idea.

When Tyki had stepped back from greeting he walked over to me and I loved how hot he looked with his long hair tied back; I had pulled it back for him but made sure it didn't tug on his skull. "You okay Tyki?"

"Yeah I just...I want to thank you Cora; for not only listening to me when I told you to leave but...you saved myself and Road and for that I will forever be grateful to you." Tyki smiled softly as he hugged me close gently.

I blushed darkly and it wasn't from the compliment it was from being close to Tyki. I gently hugged him and was mindful of his scars. "Anything for my family here."

"Speaking of family...how long have you and Tyki been a couple now dear Cora." Sheril spoke as we all got comfy and myself along with Tyki shared a love seat together.

I thought and looked to Tyki. "Pretty much a couple months now maybe longer; we have been busy and so I kind of lost track." Blushing softly as I looked away in embarrassment.

I heard Road giggling as Sheril and Earl chuckled with a grinning Tyki who took my right hand and brought it to his lips as I watched when he kissed my hand making me blush darker. "Remind me why I love you?"

Tyki playfully smirked. "Because you love my cuddles, my attention, when we travel together, when I make you smile even with small gestures. But you make me a better man when I'm with you."

I smiled softly and cuddled Tyki. "We make each other better; we're stronger together no matter what happens."

Tyki smiled and kissed my forehead and heard Road giggle. "So true."

Sheril smiled softly and looked between us. "Maybe once things are calm enough we could have a ball at my place; and I would love for you Tyki and Cora to come together."
