Cora's P.O.V
Getting woke up in the morning not by one or two Noah's is bad...but when you have a four of them waking you up then yeah...of course it's going to turn into a pillow fight. I snickered seeing that I had pushed Tyki and Devitt on the floor and Sheril along with Jasdero laughing at the door way.

"So? May I ask? Why did it take four of you's to wake me up?"

Sheril smiled. "It's time for breakfast, Road is a little more back but not much. She asked for a family breakfast and Earl agreed."

I relaxed, I was happy to hear that Road was on her way to recovery but by the way it sounded it would take a little bit longer. "So not much we can do till she's better, oh I'm sure that the exorcists are waiting for us to show ourselves but if we wait and make a plan...then we have a chance of landing a crippling blow."

"What are you thinking of Cora?" Tyki had moved to sit on the bed with me and I looked to him.

"Sorry I'm just thinking." I looked to the group as I got up and went to grab my clothes and then walked to the bathroom closing and locking the door so I could get ready for the day. "For right now we can stay near each other, and with the Earl being in human form we can't take our eyes off of him especially with Allen Walker missing the fourteenth fighting to wake up."

Tyki sighed from inside our room and there was other grumbles of agreement. When I walked out I saw Tyki leaning by the open window to have his smoke and I looked to the time before walking over and took his cigarette from him and put it out. "To early mister."

"Oh come on butterfly, I don't think it's to early." Tyki spoke a slight look of amusement on his face as he took my hand once my shoes were on and we walked to the dining room. I saw much of the family already there and waiting before looking to Earl and nodded my head in greeting as we went and took our spots.

"Morning Cora, how did you sleep?"

"I slept good, until some knuckle heads woke me up this morning resulting in them being greeted with pillows." Hearing chuckles and looked to Lulu as she walked over to the Earl, she was close with all of us and I raised a brow as she walked over and I smiled when she gave a present.

"Happy Birthday Cora. Knew you would forget." She chuckled as the family laughed and knew bets had been made that I had forgotten my birthday.

I playfully rolled my eyes as I gently opened the present and was surprised as I looked to the family again hearing the chuckles. It was a painted picture and I had a guess I already knew who painted it as I smiled softly. "Thank you everyone."

Road smiled happily. "We figured a picture of the family together would make you happy. But we're not done yet, us ladies have a surprise for you. Come on."

I was surprised and chuckled as I followed with the picture in my arms and we headed to my room. "Better not be a dress Road." Smiling playfully as she started giggling as we entered mine and Tyki's room.

Road smiled. "We didn't pick this dress out...Tyki did. He's taking you on a date and we're going to get you ready for it, don't worry nothing major I promise."

I sighed but giggled nodding my head. "Alright let's see what he picked." Seeing the bedroom door get closed by a servant and I walked to the bed and gently opened the gift box and carefully removed the purple bow and when I opened the box I was amazed.

Inside was a black dress that Had sparkles and towards the bottom it was a kind of burgundy colour but it was gorgeous. "Beautiful."

"It is, Tyki had spotted it the one day when he had picked me up from school and knew you would love it. Go put it on." Road smiled encouragingly and I nodded my head as I went behind the screen in the room that gave me privacy to change. I removed the white combat clothes I wore and got into the dress carefully and Lulu helped me to do up the back of my dress and I loved how it felt.
