Chief Benja arrived with a light yet lovely breakfast for his ailing daughter. Namaari gently woke her and said softly, "Dep la? Time for breakfast."

Raya groaned but eventually got up and rested her head on Namaari's shoulder. "I'm not hungry..."

"I know that you aren't baby girl, but you need to have something in your tummy or you'll get even weaker than you are now."

Thinking of eating food only made Raya nauseated and she covered her mouth, fearing that she'd throw up. Namaari and Chief Benja immediately acted and helped her to the bathroom. Fortunately that time around, she didn't regurgitate. The constant feeling of disgust, weakness and the pain were all very tiring for Raya and she broke down then and there in Namaari's arms.

Namaari held her close and stroked her back to bring her comfort. "Don't worry baby." she whispered.

There was a knock and Chief Benja went to see who it was. It was one of the guards from Fang.

"Hello your majesty. I bring a message on behalf of Chief Virana. Some very disturbing news actually." said the guard.

The Chief felt alerted and said, "Let's head to my office."

After going in, the guard sighed and said, "The General has gotten so bad to the point that she has less than a 50% chance of surviving. Chief Virana would greatly appreciate if you can send supplies to Fang to help the remaining patients."

"Remaining? So some have recovered?"

"Unfortunately, one passed away."

"What! Are you...serious?" exclaimed the Chief in disbelief.

"Her family mourns greatly and there is fear everywhere. Everyone is now fearing for the General, the healers are doing all that they can...but before the patient died, she was in extreme abdominal pain so there are speculations about internal bleeding which would have led to her death." explained the guard.

"This is really serious...My daughter is infected and...we can't let her reach that stage..."

"Everything will be done, Chief. We just need to work swiftly. "

Chief Benja sighed and took a deep breath to regain his composure. "Okay. I will send some of Heart's supplies ASAP."

He instructed the healers to send the medicine they were using to treat Raya to send off to Fang. He then went to Namaari and said, "Princess, a word please."

"Of course."

Namaari went to him and he explained what was happening in Fang and Namaari felt her heart sank. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Stay with her girlfriend or head to Fang to at least be by the General's side should in case she passes?

"Namaari, you need to go to Fang and be with the General. She needs those who are closest to her to be with her now more than ever." said Chief Benja.

"But...what about Raya?"

"I'll be looking after her as well as healers and maids, don't worry. And I think we need help at this point. I will sound the alarm so that the dragons will be summoned to assist us."

"Okay Chief Benja."

Namaari returned to Raya who was standing at a window and looking into the blue. "Dep la?"

Raya went to face her girlfriend and from the look on her face, she could tell that something's terribly wrong. Namaari held her hands and said, "I have to go back to Fang."

"Why?"

"The General isn't doing well. And...her chances of survival are getting minimal."

Raya gasped in shock. What if she gets as bad as the state of the General?
