Lougetown was a beautiful place.

The execution stand stood tall, and many Marines traversed along the island.

Standing in the center of the island, you stared down the platform where your ally was killed.

Gol. D Roger.

You smiled and shook your head as you tried to gently ran your fingers through your hair.

You pulled yourself together, flicking open the heart locket, tracing your fingers along the engraved words.

"Tch.." you huffed, and walked past many onlookers, who stared at your face and saw the woman who finished the grandline, who saw the truths.

Your nickname used to be much more sinister than it was now.

It used to be 'Y/n, The Traitor.' Now, it was 'Heart Locket, Y/n.' Gotta say, it was a step in the right direction for you.

Yank..!

You peered down to spot a little girl lightly pulling on your pants, you smiled at her, slowly covering her in shadow. "Yes, sweetie?"

She smiled,"Could you get my balloon?" She asked softly, pointing to the helium filled object that was too high for most to reach.

You quickly walked over, grabbing it just before it became out of reach, and lightly tied the twine around her wrist, "now you can't loose it." You explained, earning a giggle of happiness from her.

"Thank you so much!" She leapt into your arms, and as quick as she was in them, she was yanked out.

Smoker.

"Dont leap into the arms of strangers." He grumbled, placing her on the ground.

"Oh? Smoker." You said with a smile on your face, looking down at him with a happy expression.

He raised a brow, "I didn't realize you were that tall." He said- though it was mainly to himself.

"Sure am, Captain obvious." You said, ruffling his hair before walking off, not paying any mind to the man.

Smoke wrapped around your thighs and arms, keeping you in place.

"Kinky, are we?" You asked, flicking your hair to the side with your head, sighing.

You could hear the stutter in his voice as he began to speak.

"S-shut it." He grumbled, and glared at you.

"I know who you are, I saw you the day Roger got executed." He got closer, almost touching your face as you were restrained.

You kissed his cheek, "of course, sweetie, everyone who could be there that day was there." Quickly breaking from his smoke with your haki, you roundhouse kicked the male into the floor. "Everyone that knew him be included." You winked.

Running off, you cackled like a gremlin, loosing the marine in a snap.

He pressed his hand to his cheek, cursing to himself.

How could he loose you?

.....

Being on the sea again was a relief, everyone was partying as your ship came upon the mountain.

"How intriguing." You said, "I loved going up reverse mountain, but this is going to be one hell of a ride. We should've went through the calm belt, i tell you."

Nozomu nodded in some sort of agreement as he yelled to the crew.

"Make sure no one gets hurt, I'll be in my quarters." You explained, waving to him as you walked inside, slamming the door.

As the ship rocked, and things crashed against eachother, you sat at your desk, strapped into a chair that was- bolted to the floor for these situations.

You didn't handle stress well anymore, especially fearing your life would be lost- though- sometimes you felt as if you shouldn't be alive. You should've took Roger's place.

Staring at the mirror infront of you, you traced the marks along your skin. Some were burn marks, and some were scratches, gashes, and more.

You sighed, rubbing your temples. Everything was so frustrating right now.

Once the rocking had stopped, Nozomu busted into the room, "Hey! Crocus is here!"

You whipped your head around, "really?! He's alive?" You gasped, grinning as you stood up, running outside.

Nozomu huffed, "yeah, no 'thank you, My very special first mate!'."

You peered back at him with a confused, and slightly annoyed expression before jumping off the ship.

Eyes sparkling, you looked straight at the old man, who was sitting in a lawn chair.

"Crocus! It's been years."

He turned to look at you, his eyes widening an excessive amount. He didn't respond.

"Crocus!" You yelled again, slapping him upside the head.

He looked at you with an irritated expression- but he couldn't help but grin just a little.

"You're still alive and well, eh?" He asked, patting your back.

You flinched a little, but payed no mind, it was only Crocus, after all.

"Yeah! I'm still here, and you're looking quite..old." you chuckled, earning a slap to the back of the head.

"You're so rude, learn to keep your mouth shut!" He huffed.

Laughing, you pulling him in for a hug, "its nice to see a familiar face." You murmured.

Ugh, he smelled like ass.

Pulling away, the two of you stared at eachother, arms crossed as you shared a conversation in the silence.

"So, you're off to see the grandline again?" He asked, raising a brow.

"Yeah, I heard that a certain Strawhat just passed through, I gotta be faster and beat him to Alabasta." You explained.

"Well, he's most likely on his way to Wispy Peak." He stated.

"So the princess is still up to her Facade?" Your sniper, Azzy pointed out, "what?! I'm from there!"

You chuckled, "guess we'll have to say hi!" Humming, you gave Crocus a wave before stepping back onto your boat, "Keep Laboon safe." You said softly, smiling at Crocus.

He nodded, "You stay safe out there, the world is different past the Red Line."

You shivered at the thought of celestial dragons.

"Yeah, thanks for that reminder, Cro." You sighed, "Hoist the sails, and straight ahead!" You pointed.

"Aye Aye, Captain!" Everyone shouted in a flurry of happiness.

"Dont need a log pose?" He asked knowingly.

"Nope, got my locket." You said, raising it high.

Crocus chuckled, shaking his head, "He still lives on in you. Doesn't he?"

"Of course, we are Nakama, after all." You grinned, "Hopefully, when I come back, you aren't dead!" You yelled over the sound of the sea, waving enthusiastically.

Crocus sweatdropped, and waved, "I probabaly won't be, I have to take care of Laboon!"

"You fucking BETTER!!"

Turning to your crew, you placed your hands on your hips, "Lets get to Alabasta before Strawhat luffy!" You yelled, your hand raising in the air.

Everyone cheered once again, and the crew began to use the all of the oars. That mixed with the sail, was enough to send the wind zipping through your hair.

"Luffy. Can't wait to see you..."
