It was a weekend when Taehyung called Aliya and said all the boys were coming over to a local restaurant. Their school mate from high school just opened it and they wanted to support her. Jia can't come because she had an event set for that same day. Taehyung said everyone will be there so she can't say no, even adding that it's a celebration for her recovery. It's not that far from her house, so  with those things said, Aliya had no other option but to go.

Taehyung picked her up and she was glad she made the right choice to not wear jeans.  She chose to wear a khaki-colored soft capri pants and a peach-colored blouse with a pair of nude colored sandals. She threw a light coat since the weather is still quite cool even though spring- time is almost over. Her best friend is dressed in an outfit that says the restaurant they were going to was no ordinary one. "You look like you're recovering pretty well." He told her before giving her a hug. "We better hurry because almost everyone is at the restaurant."

Aliya didn't expect the place to be in one of the posh buildings in their town. Aliya turned to Taehyung and asked. "Who owns this place again?" She didn't want to embarrass herself by being clueless. If everyone is coming, the food might be good, or the owner knows Taehyung enough to convince him to bring the rest of his friends there.

Taehyung didn't reply until they got to the door of the place. From the outside, one can tell it's a fancy one. No wonder he told her to wear something nice.

 "Aimee." He replied.

"Who?" There's only one person who they both knew that goes by that name, when she looked up at her best friend's face, it confirmed her thoughts. "That Aimee?" She asked and watched how Taehyung's ears turned red. She's the senior he had a crush on before when she had that hiking trip accident.

Taking her elbow, he ushered her inside the place where a receptionist greets them with a bow and a formal smile. She seems to know who Taehyung is because she automatically leads them towards the table where everyone was already sitting.

Aliya was greeted by the boys with a hug. Nari hugged her and gave her cheeks a peck. "How are you feeling?"

"My throat still has that weird feeling when I swallow, and my voice kind still kind of sounds funny, but it is better than my frog voice." Aliya replied. Aliya noticed Yoongi sitting at the far end of the table. It's been almost three weeks since they've last seen each other. Although he didn't get up to hug her when she arrived,  the smile that he flashed when she turned to him made her feel a bit thrilled that he didn't ignore her. How often did he smile like that at her before Taehyung's wedding? Zero, so this is more than enough.  She smiles back. "Hey, you're here."

He shrugged in response. "Finally had a free weekend." Although she wanted to talk more, Taehyung leads her at the other side of the table, next to where he is.

"So how is Aimee, is she married?" Aliya asked after they placed their order.

"She is a widow now. She moved to Australia with her husband but moved back here recently." He replied.

"Does Jia know you're here and who Aimee is?" Aliya asked carefully. Taehyung had a lot of women in his life and although she is sure he told her about them, she just wanted to make sure.

"Yes of course."

Aimee and Taehyung never dated back when they were in high school, but they had a thing going while they were in the same university. It didn't last long though because both of them were just playing and Aimee wanted older men.

"Aimee just stepped out to take a call." Jimin told Taehyung who nodded in response.

Aliya excused herself to the ladies room where Nari tagged along with her.
