CHAPTER TWELVE

I turned around and sent him a wink, while pushing shitfaced Izzie into my door. I heard Cody drive away, so I shut the door and headed into my room. I placed Izzie on the end of my bed and went to go get her some water and bread. I tipped toed to the kitchen and got 2 slices of bread and a cup of water. 

I walk back into my room and see Izzie yacking in my toliet. I quickly get a rubber band and tie back her light blonde hair. She wiped her mouth and I handed her gum. "I need to get a toothbru.." She said but cutting herself off with a huge laugh. "What are these?" She said in between laughter.

"Omg, give me those." I said, my face bright red, and perseding to hit the drunk blonde next to me. 

"You dirty little girl." She said laughing, holding them right out of my reach.

"Give them to me." I said now laughing. 

"Not until you explain." 

"Ugh. It's just in case." I said, grabbing the condoms out of her hand. I only had them cause I didn't need to get pregnant. 

"They are like different flavors." Now she was laughing so hard she claimed her stomache hurt. I rolled my eyes and put them back. I grabbed Izzie and put her on the right side of my bed. She was out in 5 minutes. 

We woke up around noon and my mom had grabbed us a few bagels at JT's. She knew we were hungover but she didn't really care. I sat up, with a slight headache, and took a Advil. Izzie sat up and moaned while rubbing her head. I got a text expecting it to be Cody.

Joey: Hey, so a bunch of us are gunna go up to bear and snowboard over break. Do you wanna go? We are leaving Friday. 

I hadn't been boarding at all this winter yet. I kind of forgot that Christmas was coming and that it was winter since it was like the same weather year round here. I really wanted to go but I wanted Cody to come. 

I texted back: Could Cody come? 

Joey: Sure, just let me know if its just you or both of you because of room in my car.

Me: Ok will do. Thanks Joey!(:

Izzie looked up and asked if i got invited and I nodded. She was really excited and made me excited. I had to text Cody and ask him. 

Me: Wanna go snowboarding on Friday to like Monday at Joeys cabin?

Cody: Awe babe. I can't, I made plans with these guys in my Mechanics class and I need some bro friends down here. You can go though(:

Me: Oh okay, are you sure?

Cody: Im sure I will miss you(; but I think you will have fun! go!

I loved how he could make me feel like I'm the only girl in the world. I couldn't wait to go boarding. I texted Joey and told him I was going solo. 

I feel like the week went by so slow and I was biting the nubs of my nails by Thursday. Cody came over after school because we wouldn't see each other for 4 days.

"I'm gunna miss you." Cody said, leaning in to kiss me. I pushed his golden blonde tussley hair back and kiss him. 

"I'm gunna miss you too." I whispered, "Its only 4 days." I laughed, getting up putting my snow clothes into my pink luggage. 

"I know but I love seeing your face everyday." He said grabbing my waist and pulling me back into his lap," and feeling your soft lips." He kissed me while I laughed. 

After packing, we watched some old horror movies in my room and I acted like I was scared. At the end of the movie, my stomache growled loudly and we went downstairs. I made us both a grilled cheese with lays. 

"What do you want for christmas?" He said, with food in his mouth.

"Nothing really." 

"I'm serious." He looked up with a strait face. I couldn't help myself but laugh. I put the napkin to my mouth. 

"Cody. I don't want anything. I'm serious." Faking a strait face and making him smile. 

"You are gunna make this hard arn't you?" 

"Mhmmmm." I held it with a big smile on my face. 

"I better go." Cody said looking down at his watch. I walked him to the door and he hugged me really tight for about a minute then let go. He smiled and kissed me on my forehead. "See you Monday night?" 

"Yeah you will." I said smiling, holding the edge of the door as he walked away from me. He turned around right before he got it. 

"I'll be waiting." Winking at me, before starting his engine.
