I woke up feeling disgusting. I smelled repulsive and I probably looked ten times more repulsive. Bethany was sleeping next to me, still proped up on her side. She'll most likely have a hangover today. Danny had his own bathroom connected to his bedroom so I grabbed my bag and welcomed myself into the bathroom. I quickly showered and freshened up. When I was finished, Bethany was already awake calling my name.
"Ari Maeeee!" She yelled making me come out of the bathroom.
"How are you feeling?" I asked crouching down next to her. She smelled a lot worse then I did.
"I think I'm hungover" She coughed
"Yeah, you are. And you smell really bad. We need to get you in the shower" I picked her up and guiding her into the shower.
"You really are a true friend" Bethany smiled. I just laughed because of how ridiculous she looked. After I washed Beth, she finally opened her eyes a little bit more. Now she can function a little bit better.
"You didn't have to do that" Bethany said as she was putting on another one of Danny's shirts.
"Oh Beth, I had too! You smelled like vomit. It was absolutley disgusting" I tidied up the bathroom
"Knock Knock" Danny popped his head into the room.
"Hey Danny" Bethany greeted him.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" Danny walked over to Bethany.
"Better. Thanks for having us over by the way" She thanked him for the both of us. I felt my phone buzzing in my pocket and realized my mom was calling me.
"Hello?" I answered my mobile.
"Where are you?" My mom sounded really worried.
"I'm at my friend's house remember? I told you I was sleeping over Bethany's house" I had to lie, how am I supposed to explain why I'm sleeping over a guys house.
"Well I want you home, now." She raised her voice a little at the end of that sentence.
"Okay okay I'll be home in a couple minutes" I quickly hung up the phone. Why do I get the feeling that she's mad?
"Um so my mom just called me and she wants me home right away. Beth, do you think you can drive me or are you still not feeling well?" I asked hoping that she would be alright to drive.
"I don't think so, Ari. I'm sorry. I still kind of feel naesuos" she held her stomach.
"I can drive you home" Danny butted into the conversation.
"I mean, would it be okay?" I asked feeling bad that he would have to go out of his way to take me home.
"Yeah I'm fine with it." He smiled at me.
"Okay I'll get my things" I packed up and then said goodbye to Bethany. She looked a little better, but I guess having her not drive me home is a good idea. I got into Danny's car and waited for him to drive.
"So, what did you think of the party last night?" He asked while pulling out of his driveway.
"It was really fun! I enjoyed myself thank you" I typed my address into the gps. I still don't know my way around this town yet. "Take a right turn at the light" I ordered him.
"I'm actually really happy you came last night" he looked over at me and smiled a lot. He's totally flirting with me right now..
"Oh yeah me too" I tried to play off what he just said.
"What house is your street on?" He asked.
"Um Staffwood Road"
"Oh I know where that is! You can turn your gps off" he said. "So, are you single?"
