San bolted awake, one hand clenching his chest and the other grabbing a fist full of his bed sheets, taking deep breaths.

As he calmed down, he looked out the window and saw it was still dark out, sighing deeply as he put his head in his hands. Movement came from the other side of him. He heard them sit up, placing a hand on his shoulder and rubbing it lightly.

"Sannie," The boy said. "Why are you up this late?"

San turned and locked eyes with them. "Bad dream. You should go back to sleep, Woo."

Wooyoung nodded and pulled San down with him, snuggling close to his side.

That's when it hit San.

"Woo," He said, his voice above a whisper. All he got was a hum in response. "What are you doing in my bed?"

"What are you talking about?" He mumbled out.

"Wooyoung." San said louder. "Why are you sleeping with me?"

"Because we're together, Sannie. Why are you acting like this?"

San sat up, pulling Wooyoung with him. "Because you and I aren't together. You're dating Jongho, not me."

A sad expression crossed Wooyoung's face. "San, Jongho died...remember, he was shot and died from blood loss..." San's mouth opened and closed several times. This didn't feel right, none of this felt right.

San hopped off the bed, and San saw a glimpse of a hurt look on Wooyoung. "Wooyoung, Jongho is not dead. He can't be...." San started pacing bath and forth, arms running over his face and neck, trying to put the pieces together.

"San, you're scaring me..."

"Where's Hongjoong? Why isn't he here with me?"

Wooyoung fiddled with his fingers and stuttered over his words. "H-He left with M-Mingi and Y-Yunho, they decided to leave after Jongho died."

San started to get anxious, his palms became sweaty and his mind started to race. He shook his head back and forth, biting his lip and started to pave again.

"San, come back to bed, you're just tired."

San saw Wooyoung reaching out to him, but all San did was step back, getting further away from the younger.

When that happened, Wooyoung got angry and started to move closer to him at a fast pace. "We are going to go back to bed. Now." Still, San stepped back, creating a bigger distance between.

He stopped when his back hit the bathroom door, and he reached out for the knob, turning it as fast as he could, stepping inside and slamming it shut.

But when he looked up, he heard birds chirping, and the sun was out.

Looking over his shoulder, San watched as a little girl ran around the yard, a young boy chasing after her. "You won't catch me!" The little girl giggled out.

The young boy picked up his pace, gaining on her quickly. Once he got to her, he picked her up and spun her around while she let out high pitched laughs.
