Remus continued to sit down on the forest floor. His mind running with thoughts.
Charlotte, who had been living with her wizard family with clean clothes, three meals a day and a loving family, for the one or two months (Remus honestly didn't even know how much time had passed), seemed to be much more happier, and safer than Remus, who had been living in the outdoors, no warmth, no clean clothes, barley a meal a day (most of the time, he would eat an egg or something stolen from a shop and that was his food for a day),
Charlotte seemed...happy.
Remus hadn't really experienced that.
He had experienced drops of happiness, bouts of happiness, mainly happiness he had experienced from successfully stealing food from the market.
But, he hadn't experienced that happiness that feels complete and lasts forever, the sort of happiness that when you wake you, you automatically know you're gonna gave a good day.
And, he had to admit, he envied Charlotte.
Just the very thought of Charlotte being surrounded by a loving family, that loves you despite the fact you are a werewolf, would make Remus fill up with jealously, because, he hadn't experienced that in so long,
Well...there was Alex...
Alex
Remus hadn't thought about Alex, and Will, and Stinky Sue, and Albert in so long,
He wondered how they were doing,
He certainly hoped that Alex and Will didn't get in as much trouble as he thought.
Remus sighed, clutching Binky tighter in his hand,
Remus glanced at the eggs, that were lying on the leaves and twigs next to him,
Remus bit his lip, cringing at the hunger that seemed to roar in his stomach.
He then glanced at the hideout,
He could see the outline of the werewolves walking around the hideout, some clustering in groups and talking, others sitting on the ground and eating,
When Remus looked at the werewolves and the hideout he spent most of his life in, he would feel this odd feeling of repulsion and loneliness, like he didn't belong there,
Remus glanced at the warm, orange sky, the sun was setting an falling behind the sky,
Remus felt a stab of pain in the side of his leg, he winced,
Remus knew the full moon would be coming up tonight, he read in some newspaper he found on the street, in it, was some photo's of moon stages this month, and according to that newspaper, the full moon would be coming up,
And for Remus, that meant he would be turning into a werewolf,
Remus scratched his chin, he knew he would have to go further away from the hideout before he transformed,
Remus sighed, picking up the dirty, blue rabbit from the ground, winces of pain shooting up him whenever he moved,
Remus bit his lip, turning to go further away from the hideout,
He took one last look at it,
As Remus glanced at the hideout, he was suddenly met with the grisly figure of the infamous werewolf, Fenrir Greyback,
Remus recoiled as he watched Greyback pause and lift his head, his dirty rags brushing against the grass, Greyback then sniffed the air and opened his mouth, Remus cringed as Greyback stuck out his wet tongue and licked his lips, even thought they were far apart, Remus could practically smell his hot breath,
