Chapter 16

Anne's POV

I ran off to Newtopia it took me a few days but I reached Newtopia don't worry I slept those nights I came up to the gate and a Newt opened the window "What are you here for" he asked "I'm here to odsverve a monster I was sent by Captain Burt" I said "Captain Burt hmm...one minute" he said then he did something then came back "Did Captain Burt eraged a session" he asked me "Yes he did" I lied he looked back at a piece of paper "Ok looks like Captain Burt said one month he'd send someone" he said "I guess he was free to send someone" I said "Ok welcome to Newtopia" he said then the gate opened I walked in and ran off to the palace I was stopped at the front door "What do you have with the king" the newt guard asked me "I have a special order to observe a monster yes already eraged a session" I said "Ok" he said then he let me in I rushed towards the monster prison I knew it was in the basement from my studies I saw the stairs and ran down them they were long before going in I was stopped by security "Stop before you enter we need to check you for anyway of breaking these monsters out" the newt running security said "Ok" I said he order me to walk threw a dectector then ordered me to come back then he scanned me up and down nothing "Ok you're good to go" he said I walked threw the door and I was running down the hall looking for Marcy I asummed that she was in the M area the monsters where in alphabetical order I ran down to the M area but she wasn't there I ran down the hall all the way to the Z area nothing then I saw a hidden door I almost didn't see it it said dangerous monsters at the top I opened the door there was stairs leading down I walked down them I closed the door after me good thing it didn't lock behind me I made it down the stairs and I saw a whole area full of monsters I think these were the monsters that people are convinced that are dangerous it hurt because some of these monsters are harmless I walked down the hall some monsters saw me and ran into the glass it looked like it hurt the did back up once they did I walked for awhile then I turned to a cage I saw a monster sleeping I noticed it was Marcy judge by the fact the horns, ear, fur, and back plate she woke up and saw me she came to the glass she bumped into it it look like it hurt I know some monsters can't see glass I didn't think the Marsafur can't see glass "Oh you ok that look like it hurt, can't you see glass" I asked I put my hand on the glass then she put her paw on the glass it lined up with mine "Ok it looks like you can see the glass" I said she put her paw down she walked around a pole where she was hook up to by her back I knew the monster patrol of Newtopia didn't want the monsters to hurt themselves so the put a collar for a their back on and hook them to a pole in the middle they really didn't want them to get out and yeah she still had a muzzel on her snout I went to her door about to open it then I heard something I thought they found out I wasn't odsevering a monster so I ran down the hall to go hide I ran upstairs to inform them I made it up the stairs and closed the door "Are you ok" the security guard newt asked me "Yeah I'm fine" I said "I see that you found our dangerous monsters what are you doing down there" he asked "I'm doing some experiments down there" I said "Well be careful" he said "Ok I'll be sure to be careful" I said "Ok I'll leave you to it" he said "Ok" I said then I reached for the door I opened it and ran down stairs I ran all the way until I found Marcy again I stopped in front of her cage she was laying down with her head down I knocked on the glass to get her attention she looked up and saw me she stood up and went to the glass I couldn't see this anymore "Ok its now or never" I said to myself I looked in Marcy's big brown eyes then I looked down a bit then looked back up at her "Ok I'm going to get you outta here" I said I ran to the door unlocked it and ran in the cage she growled at me a little "Hey, hey it's just me it's okay" I said then I reached out my hand she stopped growling at me I don't blame her she was probably very scared then she put her snout under my hand and I rubbed it slightly this always helps her clam down after a few minutes she pulled her snout away I went up to her "Ok lets get you out of here" I said she nodded a bit I tried to take off the muzzel it was hard "Ok that's on there tight looks like whoever made this muzzel knew what they were doing" I said then I climbed on her back and took out a kinfe from my belt a safety knife I cut the line and got the back collar off I didn't need to do that but I did I got off Marcy's back and ran up to the front of her to look her in the eye we stayed looking at each other for a few minutes then I turned around and smashed the glass with a hammer from my belt Burt was kinda scared if one of us getting stuck somewhere and we needed to break out I put the hammer back the alarm was going off I got up on Marcy's back "Lets get out of here" I said she turned down the side of the hall without the stairs leading up it was a dead end so we went the other way destroyed the wall and door we ran pass security I guess security saw us and informed the whole guards we made pass most of the guards.

Andrias's POV

I was minding my own business just going threw complains about Newtopia and a Newt walked up to me "Yes" I asked "Uhh...Sire I have to inform you that a monster has escaped with a human girl on its back" he said "What...which monster" I asked angerily standing up from my trone "The monster is the recent one we captured the Marsafur" he said "The Marsafur and didn't you say a human girl was on its back" I asked "Yes sire" the newt said I ran to the window to get a better view I saw the Marsafur and the human girl on the streets of Newtopia they were closed to the gates I knew who it was "Get the monster back inside and arest the girl" I ordered the the newt "But sire-" the newt said then I cut him off "I said get the monster back and arest the girl are you questioning my order" I said angerily "Yes sire" he said then went to go order all the others I wanted to make a end to this I knew this was going to happen but I didn't know this soon I need to shot the Marsafur it will stop the pain.

Anne's POV
Me and Marcy ran up to the gate she jumped and was struggling with getting up it after a few seconds of struggling she got up and jumped down to the water then the gate opened we ran until some newts cornered us I got off of Marcy's back and pulled out my gun "Get back" I shouted at them pointing my gun at them they backed off for awhile "Put the gun down young lady or we will have to shot" one of them said "No I will not because you're are trying to hurt it it's a harmless monster" I said "It's not a harmless monster its attack more amphibians than I can count" he said "Shut up the only reason it attacked is because it felt threated by them stop threating this monster its harmless" I said "That's a lie its attacked innocent amphibians" he said "I said its because it felt threated" I yelled at him "I can't agru with you right now...dart it" he shouted "No" I screamed but it was too late one of the newts darted Marcy and she fell one of them tackled me I dropped my gun from the way he tackled me then he cuffed me and forced me up theu escorted me and Marcy back inside of the palace and took both of us seprate ways.
