Chapter 17

As soon as I woke up I went downstairs to see how Rose was. I searched around and eventually found her in the cafeteria eating some breakfast. She looked up and saw me. She ran to me and gave me a huge hug.

"You're safe," she said still hugging me, "thank you so much."

"No problem. I'm just happy you're okay." We let go. I looked at her beautiful excited eyes.

"Are you ready to go to Lavaridge Town today?" She asked.

"Of course," I said. We both are then packed up and left. We had to head back east again and then south. This time we turned about halfway through and went west. There was a small cable car.

We went into the small building and talked to the pretty girl at the desk.

"Um, two for the cable car please." I said.

"Of course," she said smiling. She led us to the car and we got in and she sent us on our way. The air became nice and fresh as we rose. We got done with the ride and got off and headed south. There was a sign that said "the jagged pass." We went through it. It was basically and small hill with lots of tree trees. We fought three trainers in there.

We got out at the south end and found ourselves at the entrance to Lavaridge Town. It was a very warm town. We saw a gym, a few shops, a pokemon center, and of course houses. But was most uniques was the hot springs on the hills above the center. There were three hot springs with a few people in them. Then there was a gate that said "private spring" on it. We walked in the center where Joy welcomed us. It was already 11:00 and I was getting hungry for lunch.

We got our room which had one bed a TV and a bathroom. We went to the cafeteria and ate some food and then headed to the gym. We walked there. The leader was Flannery, a girl about our age who is brand new as a gym leader. She commanded the fire type and just took over for her grandpa.

We walked in and saw a hole. We both stepped in it and started spinning. Rose grabbed my arm. We landed on the other side of the building. There were two more holes. We kept taking the one on the right until we found ourselves standing in front of Flannery.

"So you made it," she said. She was really hot. Literally and figuratively. I looked at her.

"Yeah, we did," said Rose, "five one five?"

"Sounds good," she said and started walking backwards. She threw out Slugma and Numel. We threw out Rocky and Willow.

"Rocky use rock slide!" He hurled rocks at Slugma while Willow slashed the Numel.

"Numel use flamethrower!" Yelled Flannery. The flames were going strait for Willow. Rocky dove in front of the flames and fell to the ground.

"Rocky!" I brought him back and sent out Skyskater. "Use water gun! Twice!" She quickly doused both pokemon sending them down. She send out a Torkoal and another Slugma. Two more water guns took them down without a problem.

Finally she sent out Camerupt. Immediately it fired flames and sent Willow to the ground. Skyskater quickly did water gun a few times and took it down.

"Good job you two," said Flannery, "here are your badges. And winners receive two free tickets to the private spa. Enjoy yourselves." We went in a hole that lead us straight out. It was around 1. The maze took a while. We decided to go back to the center and take a nap.

We woke up around five. Rose went and showered and then I did. We ate dinner and explored the town. There was really nothing special except for the springs which was our last stop. It was around nine when we decided to use our private spring tickets. We put on our bathing suits and put clothes over them. We walked up and gave nurse joy the tickets. She led us to the gate and opened it for us.

"It will open from the inside," she said. She left us alone and we walked up the path on the hill. It turned left and there was a spring. The town was unseeable because of a large rock on the back of the spring but the view the other was was gorgeous. We took our clothes off and got in true spring in our bathing suits. The spring was really warm. We sat on opposite ends of the back bench in the spring.

"Well we made it past the fourth gym. That's as far as all of Birch's kids got," said Rose. She dipped her head under and came back up. Her wet hair and her yellow bikini made her look really sexy. "You battled great today," she said.

"Thanks," I said,"but I can't take all the credit. You helped."

"Not really. My grass pokemon weren't the best today."

"Well," I said,"I still love battling with you... No matter how useless you are."

She smiled and splashed water at me. I splashed at her. Little did I know that we were getting closer together as we were splashing. Next thing I know our faces are nearly touching. I stared into her eyes and gave her a peck on the lips.

"That's not a kiss Skye," she said, "it's cute that you tried though." She threw arms around my neck and started making out with me. We stayed in the spring for two hours having fun and kissing. We eventually went to bed. That was probably the best day of my life.
