When I woke up Rose was still in my arms. I kissed the top of her head. I showered which woke her up because the shower was right out in the open.

"Sorry," I said.

"It's fine," she said while unclasping her bra and getting in the shower herself. I got dressed and went to the cafeteria and had some waffles. I stayed down there until Rose got there. She ate and then we packed and left. We didn't have a very far walk to Lilycove City. Only about two hours. We walked through more rain which made us all muddy and gross.

We had to conquer more talk grass which was pretty hard to get through but Blade helped us cut some down. We got out of the tall grass and it stopped raining. We kept walking and battled many trainers. We eventually hit Lilycove and 1:00. Rose was very happy to be home.

The city was gorgeous. There was a nice place where you could look over the sea and a large mall and a contest hall. Rose led me through the town to her house. It was a nice place. Kind of small to fit their three person family.

"Mom! Dad!" called Rose. We walked through the the house until Rose opened a door to her parents room where we saw both of them weeping.

"Our Rose is gone..." Murmured her mom. Rose slowly walked up and touched her mom's leg. She looked up. "Rosey?"

"It's me. I'm okay." Said Rose. Her parents hugged her and were crying from happiness.

"We thought we lost you," cried her mom. I stood in the doorway trying not to draw attention. Her dad eventually saw me and got up and walked over to me. He pulled me out of the room and looked me straight in the eye.

"You're an amazing kid, you know? I found out she was being paired with another guy her age and I thought it was some irresponsible teen like the rest of them. I've seen what you're doing on TV. I'm proud of both of you."

"Thank you, sir," I said.

"I need to tell you something. Team Aqua has been roaming our town lately. We think their base is just off the coast here. We believe they're developing a master ball there to capture the beast they want to use. You need to get that master ball. I suggest you set off tomorrow to stop them."

I nodded and saw Rose and her mom come out of the bedroom.

"Mom, this is Skye my... Partner," said Rose.

"It's very nice to meet you," she said.

"Hey, Rose I'll talks you're pokemon and heal them up and stay the night at the center. You should stay here. You guys have a lot of catching up to do."

"Thanks," she said handing me her pokeballs. I left and headed for the center. It was 2:00 already. I handed Joy our pokemon and got my own room. It had a twin bed, a TV, a shower and a toilet you could pull a curtain over. I sat on the bed. It felt weird without Rose here. After 10 minutes of watching tv a lady came up and handed me out pokemon.

I thanked her and she left. I let all six pokemon out. Razor was so tall he barley fit in the room. I let them all lay down and sleep together. I turned to take a nap but I felt something poking my back. It was Willow.

"She's not here, guys" I said. I looked out the window and saw Rose talking to old friends and I say back down and lay on my side. "You guys are stuck with me for tonight." I slept until six and then got some dinner and went back to the room and started watching some game shows being broadcasted from other regions.

At 10:00 I was about ready to fall asleep and I heard the door open. I stayed still because I didn't know who it was. The light came on and I saw that it was Rose.

"Did you think I would leave you alone?" She asked. "We have two teams hunting us." I started to get up so she could have the bed.

"No," she said. You have the bed tonight. I'll sleep with the pokemon. She wedged herself between Razor and Forest and she and I both fell asleep. The only thing I could think about was our attack on Aqua.
