Chapter 22

I woke up and Rose was gone. She was probably at her house. Razor and Forest were both gone too. I showered and then grabbed my two pokemon and left. I ate breakfast and left the center. It was pretty early. Around 6:30. I walked around the quiet town and got towards the sea.

I saw a person sitting next to the sea looking at the sunrise. I decided to stay away from them but he started looking me. He stood up and walked towards me. He got right up to me. He was a bit taller than me with dark hair.

"Can I help you?" I said. I saw on his bicep a team Aqua symbol tattoo. He grabbed my shirt and punched me in the face. I fell to the ground in pain. He kicked me in the side and I heard something come up behind me. All I heard was some fluttering and the man screaming as I blacked out.

I woke up in Rose's house. I touched my cheek and it was bloody. Rose was on the other side of the room. Her parents were on the other side of the room as well.

"Skye! You're okay!" Said Rose. "You really need to stop getting into trouble."

"I'm sorry, it wasn't my fault." I said.

"I know," she said smiling. "How you feeling?"

"I feel like I want to take down team Aqua."

"Fantastic. What are we waiting for?" I got up and my head hurt pretty bad. I still powered through. We walked to the ocean and I got out Skyskater. We both got on a different side of her back.

We surfed for about 2 minutes when we heard someone yell "fire!" Pokemon started shooting attacks at us. Beams shot very close to us. One hit Rose and she fell into the sea. I sent Skyskater to dive for her and I quickly got on Rocky's back to have an air fight with Aqua. I sent out Blade to fight as well.

Rocky shot stones and boulders and was taking down lots of Aqua commanders. Blade was giving people large cuts and making them fall. Skyskater came up with Rose on her back. She got on Razor and started to battle. Soon I saw Forest and Willow dropping pokemon left and right. The whole city of Lilycove was on the side watching.

I saw a Butterfree come out of the crowd and it was stunning the Aquas with stun spore. I saw a shiny Haxorus fighting alongside Blade. I saw Zero on the shore in front of the crowd. People and pokemon were going down. We were winning. We kept firing.

I flew fast through the skies and eventually saw a Houndoom running through setting team Aquas base on fire. They had now started firing bombs. A large bomb came and hit Rocky in the wing. He cried out and started falling and I fell off.

"Rocky!" I yelled. I fell with him and Skyskater caught me. But Rocky fell all the way down into the ocean. They had gone too far. I turned and I saw people running away. Why were they running. Suddenly there was a huge explosion and the base was obliterated. The explosion knocked is all back.

I held on to Skyskater and we went back to shore. The rest of my team was there. Zero had his pokemon. Rose had hers. I had Skyskater and Blade. "Rocky!" I yelled. People started to gasp and Rose cried. I turned and saw Rocky's lifeless body drifting onto the beach.
