One week earlier,
Yan Fei and Hai Qing left Pin Jun's house together.
Yan Fei offered to drop Hai Qing home.
Hai Qing appreciated Yan Fei's efforts. He wanted to give Yan Fei a chance and tried to forget his feelings for Pin Jun.
On the way, Yan Fei offered, "You want an ice-cream before I take you home?"
"Oh yes, please. I was craving it." Hai Qing got excited. He had told Yan Fei how much he loves ice-cream, especially chocolate flavoured ones.
Hai Qing sat in the car and watched Yan Fei buy the chocolate flavoured ice-cream for him without him having to tell Yan Fei.
Yan Fei remembered what Hai Qing likes. Such a caring person, he thought.
After having the ice-cream in the car, Yan Fei asked the taxi driver, "Can we get some tissues?"
The taxi driver looked for it but there were none left.
Hai Qing had some ice-cream on top of his lips that Yan Fei wanted to rub. Due to the lack of tissues, Yan Fei used his thumb to rub it off Hai Qing's face and then ate it. Talk about a man who knows how to romance!
Hai Qing liked this romantic side of Pin Jun. Oh shit! Did he just say Pin Jun? He meant Yan Fei.
He needed to stop thinking about Pin Jun now. That road would lead to a dead-end, not a destination.

Pin Jun wanted to spend his last five days with Hai Qing. He planned to meetup the next day but his parents took him out for shopping that day.
So Hai Qing went out with Yan Fei instead. Yan Fei was liking how Hai Qing was opening up to him now, giving him a chance and spending more time with him. He wanted to be with Hai Qing.
Four days left for the flight...
Pin Jun had to sit for an online exam the next day. So he could not make any plans to meetup with Hai Qing. He studied all day long and sat for the exam the next day.
Yan Fei knew Hai Qing was free that day as Pin Jun was busy studying and so he invited Hai Qing to Raohe night market for another date. A real date. Just the two of them.
They walked side by side, their shoulders brushing every now and then. Yan Fei tried to touch Hai Qing's fingers with his and found no resistance or hesitation. So he mustered up the courage and held Hai Qing's hand. As they walked together hand in hand, the glow on Yan Fei's face was so evident. Everyone at the night market was probably wondering why this individual is so happy.
On the other hand, Hai Qing was trying his best to give his attention to Yan Fei. Trying.

Two days left for the flight...
Pin Jun finally made the plan to meetup with Hai Qing.
"Should I call Yan Fei too?" Hai Qing asked.
"You two got to spend so much time together last few days. I want this to be a friendship date just between us two. Come tomorrow to my place?"
"Alright, done." Hai Qing was finally going to meet Pin Jun before he leaves. Should he be happy about it or sad?

Yan Fei knew about the bond between Hai Qing and Pin Jun, so it was not a surprise to him that those two wanted to spend some time together without him. He did not particularly feel bad about it anymore. He knew now that Pin Jun was autosexual and Hai Qing was opening up to him now. His jealousy was gone. He was the only man running to win Hai Qing's heart. He was destined to win.
