where are we going

I was walking around the town.quite enjoying having some alone time, I never really got time away from the king or Gaius. having to work all the time and never having a break is hard. I never realized how much I really loved being by my self, it was a strange feeling, but I liked it. I wasn't really paying attention to where I was going, which was a bad idea. cause I walked right into percival. "sorry" I said not wanting to seem rude, "it's fine Merlin" he said laughing a bit. I smiled a bit before walking away. I barely made it past percival when he called out, "oh,merlin the kin wants to see you" he said and walked away.

I sighed and made my way back to the castle. it seems I can never really have a nice walk through the town. I was walking up the stairs when Arthur met me half way. " where the hell have you been?!" He asked me looking angry yet not, "I was walking through the town," I said gesturing to the place behind me. Arthur rolled his eyes, "well, I need you to pack a bag for a week or more ride and there will be about 5 Knights to feed, plus me and you" he said walking away, not giving me a chance to answer. "ok then" I sighed and started making my way back to Gaius's chambers.

I packed a lot of food and grains and clothes as fast as I could, knowing that Arthur would like to leave as fast as possible. I would've like to say goodbye to Gaius, but he wasn't in the room and I needed to get back to the horses. I opened the sore and starting walking down the hall to the the stables. I was close to my horse when Arthur yelled "hurry up Merlin! We don't have all day!" I rolled my eyes once Arthur wasn't looking and climbed onto my horse. Arthur took once look around the people and took off. I, along with everyone else, followed. but there was a difference between me and the others. that difference was that I didn't know where we were going,but they did.

I just wish that for once in his life, he would tell me where we're going.

I rode up to my spot beside Arthur, and looked at him. " Arthur" I said, "what Is it merlin" he said with a little but of annoyance in his voice. " where are we going?" I asked needing to know if this was dangerous or safe. "to morgana's castle" he said. he said it like it was the most casual thing, he could've just said 'oh Ya were just going to go to our deaths it's no big deal', I stared at him wide eyed, "what's the matter now Merlin" he asked "oh nothing, just the fact that your sending us to our deaths" I said sarcastically, Arthur rolled his eyes in response, "it's either us or Camelot, and I don't want Camelot to die" he said and started to ride faster.

"Always for Camelot" I said and started after Arthur.
